I’ve always been and always will be a flex guy, but I was surprised to not see the BunkerKings CMD. It’s definitely an amazing mask, and beats out a lot of these other masks overall for sure. Great video though guys🤙
@@stogie0608 oh dood, if I wasn’t a jt fan boi I’d still be rockin my CMD’s they’re comfy, great Field of View, and they got glasses great! Wouldn’t hesitate if you were considering picking up a pair🤙
I’m still using my JT Proteus mask from 2005. I keep thinking I’m going to buy a new mask, then I don’t because I’m still happy with the Proteus. I’ve replaced the lens a bunch of times, the strap once, and the foam around the lens once. It’s been a great goggle.
no Virtue/BK? fail. Virtue ftw. I have a Flex also, and honestly i don't understand you Flex people. foam is a major pain to replace, the strap gets stretched out if you remove it too many times cause it takes force to do so, and the frames don't always survive a lens change. makes 0 sense. if you want customization without the pain that is the Flex, pick up a Contour/XS II/Extend. make it however you want and avoid the hassle that is the Flex. Just as many options for the Virtue masks as the Flex. different ears? check. different bottoms? check. straps? check. visors and lens options? check. frames? check. royal pain in the ass to clean/modify/etc? nope, not on the Virtue stuff.
Not only that but the lenses are interchangable between the VIO and the CMD mask, and Virtue/Bunker Kings a couple times a year offer buy 2 get 2 free deals for lenses. So 4 lenses for the price of 2? I'll take it. Comfort, breathability, etc., it checks all the boxes.
@@codyhoward6509 Good one? Your opinion means nothing. I've worn and played extensively in both, and prefer the CMD. Way to embrace the toxic mentality so popular with children these days.
flex. crbn. and push have the best breath-ability and don't echo.. crbn most comfortable and push second... flex takes some shaving down on the foam for me but those are the 3 i have and can speak on.. had the i5 and the echo and ability to breath are terrible and i hate hk in general.
ofcourse it would, and it will ... but it allows you to put your face close to your gun optics if you are using any ... not sure why would anyone want a flexible mask for speedball ...
@@militarypaintball7190 thanks man, I wanted to buy my own mask and was curious. I’ve been a few times and only look to play casually so it’s prolly not for me
@@militarypaintball7190 I got a flexible mask just for speedball lol. If you want a much higher chance of the paintball bouncing off instead of breaking then that’s the trade off you make over a rigid one
I own CMDs, EVS, and a Carbon Zero Pro, and as someone with terrible vision, and having to wear glasses, the EVS vision aspect is overrated for poor ventilation. Sure youre glasses will fit in there easy but, the lack of ventilation compared to something like the Carbon Zero Pro makes it a nightmare when you have to deal with glasses fogging up. The best anti fogs still have limits and more ventilation helps more to solve that than more vision.
The EVS without a shadow of a doubt. I've been able to try both the I5, HK SLR, AND the Carbon Zero, and I still like the EVS the most for a guy like me with glasses. All of those masks are good, but for glasses? Oh man the EVS is hard to beat!
Im still rocking my V-force profiler. I want to invest in one of these mask. Trying to figure out which one works best when i aim down sites while using my first strike T15. My current mask shifts around cause the hard plastic. Im considering something more flexible but not too flexible xD. Thank you.
I liked the Invision series from the OG through the i3, then I went to grills but the chin strap sucks. Still mind blown that's a tournament requirement these days.
right? completely missed the actual best mask out there. just as customizable without all the hassles that come with a Flex. and i have both. even cleaning the Flex is a pain.

I agree, I am in the market for a mask and I was looking at that one. Not many color combos but mask itself looks very nice 👌🏽

How is the CMD not on there that's the best breathing mask I have used an own
I like my EVS's BUT everytime I put them on and stretch the strap, the top foam pops out and I have to fix it on the field.
