1. It's Alan Ritchson, not Allen Richardson. It even says so in the Idol clip you included. 2. Leonardo's voice was only provided by Johnny Knoxville is the first film. He said in an interview that he wasn't asked back for the second film and to be perfectly honest, he wasn't even necessary, there's nothing wrong with Pete Ploszek's voice. 3. Judith Hoag's 'cameo' didn't make the film. At least not for cinematic showings. 4. I wouldn't describe the garbage truck as the party wagon. It's more along the lines of the shellraiser from the 2012 series.
i saw this movie thursday and i must say it was awesome! A blockbuster for this summer for sure ! Go see it, it's not heavy or dark as other movies (*cough looking at you DC universe cough*). it was fun, hilarious and not at all silly like the 80s tmnt series. Just the right amount of comedy and turtle power! Michael Bay found his place in showbiz atlast: being a producer not director. Michael, just front the money ok? Leave directing to those who know how to do it right.
Look out for TMNT co-creator Kevin Eastman's cameo near the beginning of the film as a pizza guy. Also, Baxter's computer in this film is called O.M.N.S.S., which is a reference to an artifical intelligence you may have seen in the 80's cartoon.
After learning about some of the surprising facts about the first movie that came out in 2014 (including the fact about The Shredder originally going to be portrayed as a white guy), I can officially say that the sequel was definitely even better after going out to see it not too long ago. :D
Before my fangirl feels explode; the actor who plays Raphael is named Alan Ritchson...not Richardson.....Sorry it's just that Raphael gives me life and I can't have something related to him as fine as Alan be messed up lol
Some corrections: - Leonardo was recast; Johnny Knoxville didn't return for the sequel. - Rocksteady and Bebop weren't in the ORIGINAL comic series, but they ARE in the new comic by IDW. And they're a MUCH bigger threat in the comics than they were in the old cartoon. What they do to one of the Turtles is so horrible, that I- well, I'll let you find out for yourself...! - The reason Rocksteady and Bebop got replaced by Tokka and Rahzar was because Turtles creators Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird actually hated Rocksteady and Bebop (among many other aspects of the original cartoon, having been made sillier and more kid-friendly). Eastman still works on the IDW comics from time to time, so I suspect he likes the two mutants better now that they're more dangerous. - Judith Hoag's cameo was cut from the movie. I have no idea why, so I choose to blame Michael Bay, because it's fun to blame him for stuff.
@@fbnflaviusbroadcastingnetw6786 bro what are you smoking when did raph loose an eye in the idw comics but spoiler alert 🚨‼️ they smashed donnies shell open
I always wondered about of there would be a 3rd film and maybe the Triceratons would have a major role in it, as well as having Baxter Stockman mutated
19- In the movie they say it's a year later. 49 - Johnny is not doing to voice in the second movie. 66 - they are not in the Original run of the comics, They have been in the current IDW run. 74- Krang is voiced by Brad Garrett or so IMDB says
Even before seeing Brad Garrett's name in the credits at the end, I was able to recognize him as the voice of Krang because he's always been known for that deep-sounding voice of his in various cartoon shows and movies over the years. ;)
Also, any one ells notice the serous intertwining between TMNT 2 and transformers?! Actors, Music, and guy dresses up as a transformer, even a pears in the movie! As both a transformer, and TMNT fan, I think it's pretty awesome.
I'm surprised you didn't mention the turtles were tortoises in the 80s cartoon but changed to red eared slider paint turtles in the first live action movie.
Jhonny Knovile is NOT! voicing Leonardo in TMNT 2 . That would be Pete Ploznek, the same guy that does the motion capture fro him. Check your sources OK? He voiced him in the 1st movie, but not the squeal.
Actually Nickelodeon's UK counterpart showed the 80's cartoon a lot in the 90s, but I know now Nickelodeon UK at the time was getting popular kids-teens shows from other US networks a lot as well. Was rather surprising when I found that out but now I know it's not unheard of. Anyway that's beside the point, when I heard Nickelodeon now owned the rights to Turtles it felt fitting for my own childhood nostalgia
How come everyone was talking smack about the 2014 one. It has good choice, the turtles look real, and there are real people. I know some people love the classics, but think about how people are still thinking about TMNT for so long.
Chris D well they had to focus on April because of budget reasons, but that wasn't the problem that is like saying an episode of the Simpsons is bad because it had little Homer and Bart and it was all about Flanders, the problem was that it was boring and dark
A couple of facts you got wrong... Knoxville wasn't asked back to reprise Leo, instead like the other turtles it's now the motion capture actors voice. Secondly Hoags cameo was cut :(
No, they just didn't use Knoxville this time. Leo was only replaced BY Knoxville but the actor who is doing the motion capture was originally supposed to voice for him as well.

i love tmnt soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much
I heard a lot of people say that the reason why the turtles have a water slide and a swimming pool is because they are teens, but looking at it more scientifically the reason they have those is because they are turtles.
Fun Fact: Producer Brad Fuller and Co-Writer Josh Applebaum appear in the movie during the basketball scene when (SPOILER ALERT) the crowd is booing. They both appear sitting right next to Vern & his girlfriend...
Maybe they changed this in the movie, but in the beginning the guy on the intercom at the basketball game says that Shredder attacked the city a YEAR BEFORE this movie. Um, Pete Ploszek who plays Leonardo is actually a totally different guy than Teen Wolf. Mason Dye is the actor who portrays Garrett not Pete. You can also tell by their faces and facial structure. True.
Nah 2003 is the best.
1987, 2003, 2012. Are best in the franchise.

The new movie was amazing!!!!! I didn't see Judith Hoag in it at all though.
You are wrong, Krang was voiced by Brad Garrett in the film. It was literally a last minute change.
Fred would done better than Brad.
Randolph Jones Krang's voice
Yeah but i got the wrong fred. I was thinking of the voice actor and not armisen

8:41 to 8:45, Michael Coleman was the voice of Stan on 'Hamtaro'. Fisher's most well-known voice-acting role is Toad on 'X-Men: Evolution'.
I'd watched this when I was leaving the movie theater form watching out of the shadows
Im seeing this tomorrow, I hope it's as good or better than the 2014 one.

Can confirm 74 - Krang is voiced by Brad Garrett.
I checked the credits after the film when I saw it.
Even before seeing Brad Garrett's name in the credits at the end, I was able to recognize him as the voice of Krang because he's always been known for that deep-sounding voice of his in various cartoon shows and movies over the years. ;)
Fred Armisen was originally cast but dropped out.
Possible Mighty Mutants movie next? Just watched the film and was pretty impressed; good to see they actually got Bebop and Rocksteady down pat.
I love TNMT
Congrats on 100k subs!
Tim, no offense, but the tone of your voice becomes higher then goes back down after every sentence. Great facts though 👍

Cuz that movie focused more on Meagan Fox April, also Shredder was shoe horned in
Chris D well they had to focus on April because of budget reasons, but that wasn't the problem that is like saying an episode of the Simpsons is bad because it had little Homer and Bart and it was all about Flanders, the problem was that it was boring and dark
