    Beef Haleem Written Recipe :
    Ingredients:
    Beef boneless 1 kg
    Whole wheat 250 gm
    Barley 250 gm
    Gram lentil 100 gm
    Black gram 100 gm
    Red Lentil 100 gm
    Green gram 100 gm
    Oil 1 cup
    Onion sliced 2 large
    Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
    Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
    Garam masala powder 5 tbsp
    Turmeric 2 tbsp
    Salt 3 tbsp
    Ginger sliced 1 cup
    Green chili sliced 6-8
    Lemon wedges 4 lemons
    Onion fried 1 cup
    Oil for tempering
    Method:
    Cook the beef by adding 1 tbsp of salt till cooked through and shredded. Heat oil in a pan adds onion fry for 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger fry for a minutes. Add chili powder, turmeric, all the pulses along with 2 tbsp of salt and 5 liter of water, bring it to boil and cook till tender. Grind 2 to 3 times add beef and cook for 30 minutes. While mixing adds garam masala, mix well. Heat oil for tarka pour over haleem and mix. Serve with ginger, chili, onion and lemon.
