    natural hair color::

    anar kay phool powder.1 tab sp
    dandaasa powder.1 tab sp
    kali natural mehndi powder.2tab sp
    mix with water and cover hair for one hr and wash with water.

    SHEER MAAL RECIPIE
    AJZA:::
    half kilo maida
    2 tea sp baking powder
    4 tab sp ghee or butter
    one egg.
    2 tab suger
    1/2tab sp salt.
    luke war water say goondh lain.
    2 hrs kay liyay cover ker kay garam jagah per rakh dain..
    brush with butter or gher and bake at 200c for 7 to 8 min

    1cup oil.heat
    one medium chopped piyaz fry ker lain.
    measure all grains with same cup.
    2cup jo ( barley)
    2cup gundum.(wheat)
    half cup each of below
    rice.
    chana dal.
    moong daal.
    masoor daal.
    maash daal
    wash and soak overnight.
    cook all daal 2 to 3 hrs in diff pot.
    and joe and wheat in different pot
    Boil one and half kilo beef meat with garlic and ginger vey tender paste before
    masalay (spices):
    haldi.
    zeera powder.
    dhanya powder.
    talhaar mirch powder.
    namak(.salt)
    garam masala
    garlic and ginger paste.
    10 har mirch paste.
    .
    daalon ko grinder say mesh kerlain.
    meat ko mesh kerlain
    method haleem:::
    1and 1/2 kg meat ko adrak lehsan main khoob gala lain.
    1st one med piyaz brown ker lain.
    daloon ko alag pot main gala lain .koi masalay nahi dalain. hot water daal ker gala lain.
    piyaz brown ho jai to meat dal lain or 3 tab sp ginger garlic daal dain.
    or high heat per bhoon lain.
    2 tab sp dhanya powder.
    namak 1 tab sp.
    2 tab talhar mirch pow.
    2 tab lal mirch
    1tab zeera powder
    2 tab garam masala
    1 tab haldi.
    masalay main gosht ki yakhni daal dain.
    masala bhun jai tou gosht ki sari one glass yakhni daal dain.
    jab sab dry ho jai to gosht ko mesh ker lain .

    gosht qormay ko mesh ker lain. ya phir wood kay ghotnay say.
    daalon ko bhi hand blender say mesh ker lain.
    flame ko slow ker dain jab blend ker rahay hon.
    ab mesh qorma or dalain mix kerlain one pot main.
    or wooden gothnay say mix ker lain
    flame slow ker kay gothain.
    slow flame per cook kerain
    piyaz ka baghar day dain.
