I did a job back in when I was in my 30s and I went out on a fishing boat. It was a 3 month job. And we did a lot of fishing. Pulled in thousands if not a million pounds of Cod. That's not counting the black fish otherwise known as flowder and polick it was -45 outside and a nice 65 inside of the ship and -65 in the freezers that is cold

In America we call those blue fish or Taylor blues. The ones around that size or the ones they call Taylor blues. Definitely good eating but they spoil so fast you have to put them on ice immediately. a commercial fish and when we bring them to market they check them with a thermometer in there butt LOL. I'm heavily involved in outdoors recreation in Canada and I don't know a single person that doesn't believe in, and follow our conservation laws. This is why, 5 years later and your meat hole is still producing meat. I love it.
