I did this same thing! Watch out those small bottles, or at least the small ones purchased can shatter! I made my mélange out of walnut shell powder and orange glitter. That’s no fun to clean up out of a board game box. I also painted symbols on the bottles but it rubs off. Bummer. Last I’ll say is for solari I cut credit style chips out of styrene and painted those with an air brush. We love these pieces :)
@ another idea I had for solari was to buy washers and add a drop of resin to the center of the washer. Adding dyes and using two different sizes of washers would separate values. I had three concerns though; I didn’t like the cost per piece. I had a concern that the resin would pop out of the center of the washers over time. Lastly metal washers are manufactured haphazardly and can have rough cuts and I didn’t want to sand than all down for a smooth finish. Metal currency tokens are super fun but in the end I decided painted styrene was good enough.
If you ever want to ensure that you'll never, ever, ever play a game again, do this! Lol, hope Murphy goes easy on you and lets you play it lots. I'm currently stuck between making an organizer for Arcs or just buying the campaign box. I'm already afraid I won't play it as many times as I'd like - doubling down on the campaign scares me.
Murphys law has been good to us so far, but fingers crossed 🤞 If it makes it easier to get to the table, maybe an insert isn't a bad idea? 🤔 Good luck!
We love the humour you two bring! Such an awesome upgrade to MLEM: Space Agency you did! 🤩😜
Haha, glad you liked it 🖖😅 Thank you so much 🙏
I'm old and I'm cranky and I don't do TH-cam comments... but the opening 30 are genius and I instantly love you guys, MORE!

Cool! I was thinking about what I could do to upgrade the solari tokens but couldn't come up with a good solution. Thanks for the great tip!
