I think one of the reasons that they are not as popular as they should be is that they come from a small company. It’s a well known fact that if you’re not from one if the big entertainment companies, you are gonna have a hard time promoting in KPOP (Look at BTS). A.C.E’s company literally started from scratch. They didn't even have mirrors in their practice room to check themselves and didnt have enough budget for more professional singing and dancing lessons. The guys started busking in the streets (mostly around Hongdae area) just to help get more funds and get their name out there to be able to debut. They remain humble as ever that they still do busking performances (there’s videos in TH-cam). They are so talented and naturally down to earth guys that most shows they get invited to, only says really good things about them and most of the time end up creating special segments for them when they invite them back.
I only just discovered A.C.E from their most recent Higher CB & I’m obsessed with them. Their Youngblood cover and all their past title tracks I can’t believe I haven’t heard of them sooner either!!

He's like a unicorn but like a unicorn with a dark sense of humor. I digress. They are all super talented, good looking and driven...so why aren't they as big as NCT or Stray Kids or even Wanna One, who debuted the same year? No one can quite figure it out. Maybe because they come from a small company run by a female CEO? So they don't have the unlimited funds for promotions. Maybe because they started out busking and debuted in really short shorts. A lot of people don't care for their stance on breaking the rules of gender norms in clothing and/or hair. Maybe their blend of rock/rap/pop/edm isn't going over well in Korea. Maybe no one who debuted in 2017 is doing all that well yet. We international fans can't really figure it out, so we just STAN the heck out the them and promote like obsessed cheerleaders or soccer moms. It seems like you're vibing with them, so you should definitely check out Savage mv next or the Director's Cut MV of Favorite Boys or their dance practice for Slow Dive or their cover of BlackPink's, How You Like That.
