Very , very helpful! I’m currently an intern and I will definitely try to get some photos of me at events or facilitating groups. Question: I haven’t done classroom lessons but I want to show that I am open to doing them. How would I incorporate that into a portfolio?

Hi Teresa! It honestly depends on what the job description says. Sometimes they require a ED.D.

I will be interviewing as a new counselor. I don't have any photos but I will be attending a virtual job fair this week and I'm definitely going to create a digital one. Any tips?
You can use Canva and stock photos☺️

I completed my portfolio last night using Google sites a few stock photos and a few that I do have. Can’t wait to come back and tell you “I’m hired”! Thanks for all of this great advice!
