I' m on the road right now, just finished changing my tire for the first time. Thank you very much. I was about to call a tow service, because of this video, I have already saved $$$. Thank you. If I see you, I will take you to your favorite restaurant, let me know please if u ever come to MN.
Love the accent and calm demeanor. Great job! Only deficiency is he should have told the viewer to engage the parking break and chock the tires. Otherwise, good stuff!!
@10:45 before installation I would check the pressure in that spare tire. Once I replaced and it was only 30 psi instead of 60 psi. In another car I checked, it was totally 0 psi. It was 20 years old car and probably that spare wheel was never used. I added pressure and monitor those spares from now on. Peter, please, do you happen know how to change the tire on that small spare wheel? No information or films about it. Those small tires can be punched as well sometimes, or just get old. For ordinary car tires life is ~5-6 years, then some modifications of the material inside of the tire happen. Some cars are 20 years old, so that small tire as well. Also not everyone knows that pressure in that tire should be checked once a year. Some of them are equipped w/TPMS sensors, but far not all. Thank you for the detailed film.
Unrelated question but I’m aware that there are drain plugs under the wheel. I always find a small amount of moisture around them when I check back there and I’ve noticed with other plugs that they appear to be inserted from the other way resulting in a better seal. I wonder if inserting them from the opposing way could solve my issue
Excellent video and very helpful. The loosening and tightening of the bolts when the car is NOT elevated was good info. Thank you!
Very welcome 👍
I am 49 years old, and had to change my first tire today (2016 Camry). This video was so helpful! Thank you very much!

Appreciate the video sir :). I hit a pot hole this morning and it took out all the air of one of my tires so I had to change it to the spare tire.
Nice work!
Tried to use a floor jack but couldn't find a spot to put the jack. I came here and this worked.
Thank You Sir 👍😀
