Hi. With the car off, turn the key to the ignition on position (just before starting) but DO NOT START engine. Then go through what I showed. Window up, hold up for 10 seconds. Window down, hold for 10 seconds. Fixed!
Ah. It sounds like there is an underlying issue that needs to be fixed. You may need to have the door trim off to have a look. Common issues are water related. If you have got rusty connectors just cleaning them can avoid having to replace parts, but you will have to get the door panel open to get to them.
I have 2013 MB E350 4Matic. Few months ago I had my car battery replaced by outside well known service center and not from the dealer. The dealer was asking for $800 for regular Service B, and $400 to reset this window. They did all the computer diagnostics, but they could not figure out how to reset a passenger side power window from rolling in the opposite direction when the button is pressed and it does not close all the way up. I tried this reset window trip in this video, but it does not work for my car. What should I do?
I had to let it come down an inch and then roll up and hold for like 20sec, then down for 20sec, all the way up and hold, press hard once to go down. Then it fixed it
My back right window rolls down and will not roll up so I’m ready to go shopping and have somebody steal everything that I have in the backseat. I will never purchase a Mercedes after this hot mess!
Window up/ down switch have 2 switches on each direction. While bringing up and keeping pressed for 10 seconds up and down, just use first step switch only. If you heard press both switches gets activated. Then it will not fix the problem. I had this experience. It didn't work when I pressed hard and activated both switches.Just use gentle first level switch press.

It worked! I held mine down for 35 seconds with window all the way up first and then 35 seconds with window all the way down. Thanks a million!

The noise you are hearing is the window mechanism wire that has unraveled , just replaced mine yesterday

What can I do is the problem is the rear window not going up with the master switch only with the rear switch ?
Might be dirt in the master switch or s loose wire. You'll have to pop the switch unit out and try moving the connectors

My window will not go up into the trim after closing the door tried the reset but it's not worked any ideas.
Mine did this too in the video. It is a bit fiddly but you will get there by press and release a few times.
