Interesting video, but not for what you intended it to be. It's interesting in the fact that Shad apparently makes the cases for the F800GT! I would be curious to see if the Shad 36P system fits. Shad Online indicates that the 36P system would fit the F800R, so if the factory luggage system wasn't ordered, you might be able to mount the 36P system to the F800GT. That would get you two 36 liter cases and the mounting system for far less than the 21 liter bags BMW sells. In fact, you could probably buy the two 36L bags and a top SH50 case for about $100 more than what you would pay BMW for the side cases alone. The video, informative, was worth watching just for that bit of information alone. Thanks!

I wish you had done the top case too. I have a 2015 F800GT and noticed the mount for the top case on your bike. From the BMW accessory page for the F800GT, BMW says nothing else is required except for the case.
Sherab Tenpa if you haven't grabbed them by now Amazon has the set for $800. You will have to see the dealer to have them keyed to your ignition key. I didn't bother to do it.

I honestly don't remember - it was several years ago. I believe it was around $1,000 for the bags and mounts in total.
