Had a chance to see Bad Company with Styx and Billy Squire together, in 2001. The best concert I've ever been to. Paul Rodgers was fabulous as I expected. And we had pretty good seats too, about 10 rows back from the stage. He's my favorite male vocalist...
Many years ago, I remember going to see this amazing band play and I was just blown away by Paul Rogers' wonderful rock/bluesy soul voice and the love never stopped. Bad Company was one of the UK's greatest rock bands of that time, and although the band 'aint together any more, I believe Paul Rogers is still very much a major rock singer in his own right. There was still disco around, and punk, and funk, and rock, and r & b, etc , but then these genres also mixed to bring out new sounds & entirely new genres! It was an exciting time! No music was “wrong”-they were trying it all! It wasn’t a “race” thing & it wasn’t a sex thing. It was just fun & you could love it all & different music made you feel a different way. It was the soundtrack of our lives, tbh & hopefully not too cheesy! It was just everything!

My car used to shake to the max whenever this song came on the radio - turning the volume way up! It was also a great song to dance to. Nice slow dancing with your girl...then hitting it HARD through the heavy metal. 👍
