Your 'spreading tool' at 19:08 is known as a gasket scraper in the Motor Trade
Just beastin they big cables in mate. Get yourself one of those China diesel night heaters for the van, my friend has one in a transit for motocross weekends. It’s been going strong now for two years and uses little fuel. Also recommend a CO detector too😅. When drilling out big holes with the holesaw, drill a relief hole just inside the perimeter. This will allow the cuttings to fall out of the saw. Someone showed me it and it works a treat. All the best big man.
I think for the effort this deserves a subscription.

If you use a bottle jack on the side, point the pump part down. The pump can suck more oil in compared to using the pump part on the side.

@jointechcabling9103 the benefit is that you have a little more travel and it sucks less air during pumping.
I work as a liftmechanic and have a 2,5t version in my tool cart, always handy when I need to push something over or realign stuff.

Had the same issue with some BW glands the other week correct size but a nightmare to get on , had some CW glands on the van went on straight away

I’ve had it a good few times now with cmp glands where they were a nightmare to get on for no obvious reason and other times same size gland same cable have just fell on its like sometimes u get a dodgy batch
They're usually 100% but I've experienced the same thing. The odd dodgy batch.

Newby here, are the cables identified, is there a plan of what goes where. Is this three phase and neutral
If you watch the video, @ 18.12 you can see to the left of the picture that the neutral has been made off already (Blue heat shrink) to the right of that you have the 3 phase connections showing the Brown already made off. If you look behind and to the right you can see the separate earth already made off. Don't know about the site Tony is on but you do come across situations with no cable markings, that's when you have fun with a meter. What used to be commonly called belling out your cables.

They're aluminium to match the aluminium armour on single core cables (AWA) to prevent galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals.

Yes they have armour on them. It's aluminium on some and steel on others.
