My first true Minecraft experience was back in 1.2.5 when I set my world to Superflat and tried out every single spawn egg at the time. It's always held a special place in my heart since!
In my opinion, playing a legacy edition is better because you can do anything whilst still in some small border helping you to prize every item. I played the same world from update aquatic and don’t intend to play recent Minecraft until the End Update. In my world I have no sunflowers, or jungles, and less than a stack of dead bushes total. It helps to keep interest in collecting items like coal ore blocks which you know is finite but if you use certain duplications, coal to get infinite. Certain decisions can impact a Legacy world forever, which can be a reason to play with restrictions like playing only survival, or never peaceful. I haven’t played super flat in a while, so I will try.
@@DimDamDom_ I have a superflat structurless world on bedrock that just reached 1100 days. I have to say that I have never been so passionate about a Minecraft world and even after all this time I have so many projects to complete
I built an amazing map on my Superflat world for Animations using Axiom mod, and well, I may have went too far... Super far with the mountains, which every time I launch high quality shadows in Mine-imator, My FPS drops from 214 to 11 then I searched, and searched for a pretty good seed for Season 2 butt (as you say it) I couldn't find anything good, well, 1 seed is pretty good, if there would be less mountains, I guess I might need to try loading seeds on 1.14 because that version generates the best seeds in Minecraft... and you have a very good point about Superflat worlds Stro- Spaghetti Muscle lol
You're wrong, Skyblock is the best way to play Minecraft, there's not even dirt or bedrock in the way, you can build whatever you want, and with the right map, you don't even need a wandering trader.
I don't agree... you need to restrict yourself to create art... or art least it makes it much easier to create something unique Edit: after watching the video, I actually do agree because of the same reason
@@red_rassmueller1716 by being in superflat you instantly restrict yourself! Less access to blocks, animals, stcutures - which forces you to be more creative! Maybe I didnt make it clear in the video that this was one of the points I was trying to make :)
THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO MAKE A SUPERFLAT WORLD!
DO IT!
DO IT RIGHT NOW!!
please keep making videos, these new ones youve been making are actually so good
this video is my spirit guide
why did this not have a like

Awesome video!
HI TIM!!! Thank you!! :]
Absolute banger video Dom!! Thanks for the shout - I’m glad you were able to find the very obscurely placed map arts🤣🤣
hahahaa it took me so long to find them! lol
BEST VIDEO ON TH-cam!!!

I just checked out his world - and yeah, that's really cool!
I agree that cheating was too tempting. Now I always play with a mod called "No LAN Cheating" that removes that option in game
You kinda sould like @MylesMC (Great video btw!)

I didn’t expect my starter base would ever be in a TH-cam video
This is why a superflat world is good for creative mode.
I concur with everything Dom says!
Cdubs mentioned
let's go
YEAHH!! Cdubs' world is actually so cool!
Sick video
I did a superflat bedrock world just now with my friend and we having a good time :)
