I tried making it for the first time and it turned out really delicious, my daughter loves the creaminess and the tenderness of the meatballs! The best recipe hands down 🙏🏼 thank you for making this video!
ahhh the memories my mom is danish and she made this alot when I was a kid. I love this and still make them. I'm swedish btw. and having a danish mom I got the best food from 2 world's really. swedish meatballs and the danish frikadeller. or swedish pan beef in gravy (panbiff) and crebinetter or danish hackebiff. I can go on and on....
Quick question. When you cook the meatballs, how intense should the boil be? I've tried it in the past and it always falls completely apart in the water, so I'm thinking maybe the water was boiling too much?. Anyway. Thanks for a great recipe!
You probably have too little egg in your mince, or have not mixed them long enough. It should not be a roaring boil, but generally it is not a problem with the boiling, because the meatballs brings down the temperature pretty quickly when you put them in the water.

Hard to understand. May i know what did you put before the carry?
What is this mixing tool you are using to mix the ground meat? Where can I buy it?
It's a Danish dough whisk

Dejlig med en gang boller i karry 👍🏿🤓
How come my Mormor didn't make these for me!?
mormor always made this for me.
Your videos are usually great, but now you crossed the line. You should FRY your meatballs, not boil them! Danskjävel! ;-)
Ahh ... only a sweede could think that. :-) That would be frikadeller, and you don't put frikadeller into your sauce.
