thanks a lot.. thought about adding egg and I was choosing to crack egg on top and let it cook there with the heat of the sizzling sisig plate.. or.. just put a cooked sunny side up on top.. but the problem was.. (coz of the length of filming) the plate wasn't too hot by the time of presenting the final product.. so the cracked egg won't be cooked.. and.. adding cooked sunny side up egg on top will cover most of the sizzling sisig (according to me 🤣🤣🤣) so.. I just left it as is.. thanks a lot for understanding.. 😉😊
