Good. I have one TATA TIAGO car. I am senior citizen. This my second car. First one Maruthi Wagon R.second hand car. This car is nice. High way journey is good. After retirement I got driving training and so for i drive more than 16000 Km. Mostly with my family. No lonely driving. No night driving.. Best wishes

My Tigor gives
23 to 25 without AC in highway eco mode
21 to 23 with AC in highway eco mode
13 to 15 in city with moving traffic
8 to 10 in neck to neck traffic

Bro if we need to avoid gear Knob vibration please start engine and wait for a minute or two for the Rpm to come down, then start the vehicle.. If still vibration exists then check with service center..
I own Tiago 2018 model never faced any gear vibration issues.. Moreover for good pickup I always use city mode..Good vehicle by the way 😊👍
Excellent car! Stable at high speeds, zero body roll.
Have been driving it for the last 1.5 yrs, clocked 17K on the ODO. Have driven it mostly on the highways. Steering - as remarked, nimble & easy to manoeuvre. Drove Bengaluru - Mumbai
on a single day, on two occasions. Never felt tired. The co-passenger front seat comfort is superb.. Recline the seats, & one can sleep peacefully for hours on end..

Sir How about engine performance like noice, vibration, smoke after 1.5 years usage?

Noise & vibration are the same as it was in the beginning. A gentle vibration is felt while starting in neutral gear, but, as soon as the car gains speed, it becomes smooth, till 100 kmph. I have not tested the car above 100 kmph, as I feel it is illegal to do so on our roads.
Regarding engine noise - Tata engines make more noise than, say Maruti engines. But, we can't term them as noisy.
I feel even a Kwid engine is noisier than Tiago's

Have clocked around 32K on the ODO
With respect to your queries:
1) We use Tiago mainly for longer drives, as we use a beater car for short drives & intra-city runs
Very stable on the highways, very good cornering stability, with pretty decent mileage figures.
We would have driven multiple 800km single day drives, with very little fatigue
Excellent for hilly terrain too, but, keep in mind that it doesn't have hill hold feature (atleast in my model)
So, if you are driving an AMT, pls get acquainted as to how to balance the car on an incline with just the accelerator, brake & hand brake
We haven't driven with 5 adults
However, we have driven quite extensively with 4 adults/ 2 adults & 2 kids

I never forgot this car beacause there was more hype for the name whether it will come as Tata kite or Tata zica but name chosen from Social media suggestions and changed to tiago. This tiago vehicle changed the game for tata business portfolio before Tata nexon and Tata introduced 1st time new Revotorq and revotron engines back in 2016. I liked the car because of the vista car design in new style adaptation and I drove the diesel model, it was good. But interior space was shrinked from vista car and not enough for me. So I dropped the decision to buy. Otherwise it is good family car in budget compared to Swift, Grand i10 and Ignis.
Bro it wasn't changed due to social media rather the name was changed due to the outbreak of Zika virus in Africa at the time of launch.

I bought Tiago XZA plus 2021 AMT 3 months ago. Engine noise, road noise is totally not there, seems like tata has improved alot this year. Also you forgot to mention reverse parking camera with guideline, while running also we can turn on reverse camera. During long ride its giving 23km milege. Nice review sir

My 2016 wagonr is best, compared to recent entry level hatchbacks cars. The great advantage on my wagonr is flat base on back set, with adjustable head rest. AC through is also great.

Build quality s good. Riding quality also good. Safety aspects r over rated. Tests r done controlled manner with 60km/hr. So after 60kmph we dont know the impacts of any car in India. Also majority of deaths r due to improper driving quality. Don't drive bad in assuming car will save u. Statistic shows lot of deaths in so called safest cars.

If Suzuki and TATA combine together and if the provide car with TATA build quality and Suzuki engine then it ll be good deal for indian. either suzuki should concentrate on build quality or Tata should build their engine to quality of japan make so that people who are taking suzuki ll definetly choose Tata
Generally when we have build quality the engine performance slips Kee -Weight unless mileage is comprised.But Tata can improve their engines.

I bought Tiago XT car in apr. Initially I also had this issue with mileage, I see it was like 10 to 12. After first service it start to give more. Highway without ac is going 22 to 24 and with ac 20 to 22. Town and city between 15 to 17 depends on your driving skills. Rest your mileage reader, long press to rest and check. Check and share your mileage. Further I felt vibration during gear conversation.. Don't know how to explain but tr is a vibration especially at 4 and 5 gear, but after traveling a distance it normalizes....

@@kaushiks968 bro it gives only 12-14 in city. If you are buying it for city with heavy traffic it is what you can expect. But in normal city traffic you can get 16 and in highways more than 25 with ac at level 1 too if you drive at a constant spped of 80 with patience of not overtaking anyone unless they are at too slow speed. Further I don't know how but my tiagos city mileage increased by around 2 kmpl exactly after 5 k kms service and another 1 km after 10k kms service. High way mileage remains the same

There is only one entry level hatchback available in India.. It is Maruti Alto. Can you purchase any other car for 3.5L on road price. How can tiago with 6L on road price can be an entry level car? India is still a third world country. Still our middle class people ( annual income less than 5L) are talking about buying creta etc.

Brezza is vfm. i20 only if you love the looks. Maintenance cost of Hyundai is insane.

No major changes when comes to default altroz only varies engine options. Petrol and turbo petrol. On top end altroz u will get punchy petrol engine.

Brother the review was so neat and awesome. I have a doubt about the tire size. The actual tires and the spare have different sizes. I have read that R14 rims does not fit with R15 rims. Then how do the spare tire work? Please explain.
The tyre size for 15 inch wheel is 175/60 (which means tyre height =175×0.60 =105 mm ) and the tyre size for 14 inch rim is 175/65=113.75. So the tyre height is more. 113.75-105 =8.75 . 15 inch rim produces 12.5 mm more ground clearance which means 12.5 -8.75= 3.75mm which is negligible . In short tyre size is bigger in 14 inch rim

I have booked car on 7th janb2022, But dealer in bangalore kht motors denied offer, regarding this I have talked to director sale, Tata motor , also told same thing, this kind of unethical businesses will never lost, God is there.
