- Today we are doing much needed testing with the CEN F-450. Putting her through her paces and seeing what we need to upgrade to make her the ultimate RC tow rig! I really hope you guys enjoy and be sure to stick around for an interesting ending.

What a fantastic addition. That gooseneck trailer is awesome. An RC version of a F450 hotshotter. That’s got to be equivalent to a 30K lbs load on a real 450! Get more close up wheel and shock action when the truck is fully loaded. You had some great footage.

That truck is sweet! Even the suspension articulates/moves just like a real one ( almost none) lol. With a 2 speed trans and a censored brushless combo it would be insane. I put a hobbywing axe combo in my trx4. BIG difference!
Yes it's easily one of my favorite rcs! Awesome! I have something in the works for the CEN that will be here very soon!

Was thinking if you had some brass weights in the front, it might haul better. No idea, was thinking of buying one to haul my SCX10.3 and Slash vxl....are they worth the price?
yeah im working on some steeel for the front winch mount. But that si completly up to you. In my opinion they are priced okay but need a lot of wok to make functional.

Where did you get those wheels and tires?
Wheels are from RC4WD Method 1.9 Beadlocks with custom printed wheels attached to back ones for dually. Pro Line 1.9 BFG Mud-Terrain tires.

Thank you! The trailers are custom made by me and some friends. The hitch is also designed and printed by me. The hitches are currently prototypes that will be in production soon to order. I do not plan on selling the trailers. Straps came from Lowe's and thr tires are from Proline BFGs ordered from amainhobbies. They are multiple different lights and parts from eBay and Amazon put together by me.
We are having a issue with the throttle was wondering if anyone has had the issue and how to fix it, my son just opened it for Christmas
Yes unfortunately they sometimes come with malfunctions from the factory. The electronics in the truck are known to not be the best. But thankfully there are plenty of easy upgrades to do that will change the truck for the better! how much weight will it tow before it won't or do you know yet???
On the setup in this video, only the 30lbs it was towing when it caught fire lol. With my new setup about 45-50lbs but didn't put it too hard as I didn't want to break a brand new brushless system 😂 plus I broke the diff.
@@QuadeCrabtree I am asking you this because I have a brand new Zelos 48G and built my own 3 axle trailer for it. The entire set up with gas in the boat tank weighs in at 30.5 pounds and my ARRMA Granite V3 4x4 BLX can only pull it for about a foot before the esc recognizes the overamping and shuts it down :/ I would like to be able to tow it without burning up anything if possible. Lights on the 450 ?
Front LED running lights is a custom deal I made. The other lights are a little led light kit off Amazon. Link is in my CEN Ultimate Upgrades video if your interested! Hope this helps!

Not entirely sure what the factory intended it to be if anything other than awesome. But mine is used for towing.
