I reckon 35 is closer to the human eye - it gets wide enough to approach our peripheral awareness.
And you have half a chance of getting a decent landscape or building shot (if you can move back)
Its also tight enough to start delivering focus separation- especially with faster apertures. If i HAD to shoot with 1 lens - its 35 for me.
Was in Queesntown / Wanaka / Milford Sound / Lake Te Anau last year - what a gift that place is to light and just the most beautiful colours and landscapes.
