Pineocytoma/Pineoblastoma may decrease ADC

Hydrocephalus & Growth Vector push masses into the posterior fossa
Other lesions: VOG malformations (flow void), meningioma (attached to dura), glioma (splenium or thalamus), lipoma (fat), etc
