I figure that it is not so much that I extend my life, only that I eliminate Pain up until that Time should come when I get that Knock upon the Door! I will see my Oncologist tomorrow Morning...I know I don't have Horner Syndrome as I sweat every night!

Hi , Dr. I’m Greek as well. I’m really worried . I had a chest X-ray in January and it was completely clear . I’m having nerve shoulder pain and armpit pain , sometimes lower back pain too. Could I have a Pancoast Tumor ?

I can appreciate the thought of being calm if you had low testosterone but it is certainly no fun being a 20 year old still being told you are a "late bloomer" and "wait and see" while studying at University. Early diagnosis and treatment makes so much difference with this condition. I feel strongly that delayed puberty should be taken more seriously if present after the age of 15 in girls and 16 in boys, especially if there are other warning signs present such as lack of sense of smell, hearing problems, cleft lip or palate, mirror movements of the hands or scoliosis.

I have Kallmann syndrome. I was diagnosed at the age of 23 having been dismissed as a "late bloomer" or "late starter" all through all my teenage years. Until I was diagnosed no doctor asked about my sense of smell, on the other hand I never thought to mention it either. I also have problems with my hearing which is also linked to Kallmann syndrome.
