Zsa Zsa, Karylle, Zia in ballet-inspired number

To celebrate her birthday, "It's Showtime" host Karylle opened the noontime program on Saturday with a ballet-inspired song-and-dance number with her mother Zsa Zsa Padilla and sister Zia Quizon.
