    Hi Tatyana 😃 Syrniki and braised cabbage piroshki were made by my wife's mother the first time I was introduced to the family. A happy memory which I'm looking forward to keeping alive with this recipe.
    I might even cook it when we all meet up in Poland later this month- wife's mother is still fascinated by a guy that cooks and bakes 😃😃😃

    Good Day Chef, 🌻Once again your food brought back good memories. Quark Cheese from when I was Guarde Manger in a great french restaurant but the cream of wheat brought me back to my childhood. My mom made a simple Beef broth with meirproix and a huge Chuck steak 🥩. Boil for hours then she threw out the veggies (?) and thickend the broth with Farina. Shredded the meat and while warm drizzled red wine vinegar on it and tossed in thin red onion slices. Family memories 👍. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day ✝️🇺🇦🇺🇲🌷🥀🌹

    Hello, it looks so delicious
    I have a question, please .here after filling you,let the dough prove for one hore while in your potato piroshky you fried it directly after filling
    is this depending on the type of filling

    • @TatyanasEverydayFood
      @TatyanasEverydayFood  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! Are you referring to the new cheese piroshki? For heavier fillings, I like to let the dough proof a bit more. However, you can do that for the potato piroshki, too. Just fry them in shallow oil.

    • @TatyanasEverydayFood
      @TatyanasEverydayFood  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! I personally haven't tried these with vegan cheese. If you can find something that has a similar texture, it would work. Wheat farina is essentially ground wheat.
