    So it was your video that influenced me to go and get one. I picked up a 2015 SRT two days ago. I haven't stopped smiling since.

      I’m definitely going to get one for this comment I had a 2013 Dodge Charger R/T caught on fire was scared to get another Chrysler but they have some really great cars can’t resist that rush of excitement after mashing the gas paddle when someone gets next to you at the light lol

    I recently purchased a 2014 with 12k miles on it. K&N drop in filter bone stock. First 2 0 to 60 runs 4.0 and 4.1 respectively. 38 degrees outdoor temp. Simply amazing!

      @@kazuyt6953 I purchased in 2016 for $51K... It was rare because it does not have a moon roof. Best thing I did was take out an extended warrantee on it because I had such bad luck with it... from cosmetic to mechanical issues including main computer replacement, water pump, carbon fiber, dash leather, fender flares back up camera and the icing on the cake was the transfer case... must have had over 18K in repairs, which I paid only 100 bucks per occurrence... also had 4 car rentals for about 1 week each... I loved that car but it didn't love me back. My other is an 05 GTO so my need for muscle is satisfied with 625 supercharged HP. Bottom line I loved that car and it didn't love me back... traded it in for a 2021 Lexus 460... RELIABILITY MAN! If you do it... get an EXTENDED WARRANTEE!

    BIG NIGHT TONIGHT! I'd been eyeing a 2015 SRT for about a month now at a local dealership. Well tonight was the night I finally splurged and got it! Your video was one of the convincing reasons that I felt like this vehicle was meant to be. I love the part of "you don't need the power, but I want it" also "if you could have one car the rest of your life...". I had an IROC years ago before going to various SUV's over the years. However, I'd always missed the power that I once had, but still liked the sportier SUV's on top of being able to get around in the Indiana winters. The SRT is the best of both worlds!

    I went and picked one up this last weekend, and like other comments, yours helped drive me towards the purchase. I made a 4 hour drive just to look at one. Good video!

    Almost at 25k miles on my 2015. Love it. Gt Haus exhaust transformed brief wot runs into epic scream of thunderous hemi music. Well worth the buy in. Great review but I should add some info. The transmission. 8spd auto. In auto mode (default setting), power is 40/60 frt rear bias, sport mode is 35/65, and track is 30/70. Track mode does not allow the trans to shift into 8th gear. Track mode provides epic hard shifts that make this truck not feel stock. It's shifts that hard and is bad ass. The suspension in track mode will make you loose a filling over all but the best roads so be warned. Sport mode the suspension is hard but livable. I find myself in auto mode for suspension but if you pull back the shifter it will put the trans into sport mode. So basically you get the softish auto mode ride quality with the fairly hard sport trans shifts. Plus engine braking is increased so gas mileage can quickly fall below 10mpg city driving like this. Ask me how I know lol. Anyway. It's a great ride. Mine is white with this sepia leather like this one featured. Also the sepia leather seats are a harder #7 foam vs the #4 foam bolstered on the regular seats. They are much firmer. They have held up well for me. I don't like how the stock seats looked after light use. The get ragged out from the ones I've seen.

      I am looking for a next vehicle after I'm done in Iraq,,,,,I work as a contractor but returning to the USA. I was debating on a fast mustang, or sti or something, but I"m wondering if maybe something like this would be more comfortable and still have some power?

    My 2015 limited v6 is just fine. With gas prices as they are, I don't need an srt. Great SUV. I love it.

    How are these for daily drivers and road trips? I was considering something like a STI for power but sort of think these may be more comfortable?

    • @Carguments
      @Carguments  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Watching Videos I didn't have a ton of time in this jeep. But Matt from the smoking tire took one on a rally and he had a lot of positive remarks on it. Pretty sure you won't be let down with it. The fuel mileage might be a bit rough. I drove a STI check my channel and watch that video. I have kids so I would go the jeep route if I could afford it. If I owned both and had to choose one to take on a road trip, I would take the Jeep. Just my opinion though try and drive both. Thanks for watching

    Currently have a 2015 Charger SRT 392 - actually set out to buy this, but ran across the Charger for a good price and picked it up. The Charger is working out fine, but with kids much prefer the higher stance of the Cherokee and starting to look again - the ONE thing that has me hung up... it's the same drive train (6.4L + 8sp) but the Cherokee is ~600lbs heavier and I'm not blown away by the performance in the Charger so wondering if I'm going to be underwhelmed... would suck to pay the SUV premium and be less happy with it.

      Riyad Kalla I think you will find the Jeep quite impressive. The power is probably more useable since you dont' ever have wheelspin. It just puts the power down. The hole shot on it is amazing.

    This jeep you can actually take it to the track race. Killing corvettes ,mustang. Etc. Have you see videos on you tube about jeep srt8 racing. You will have to make another video..saying this jeeo can do it all. !!
