It seems you are related to or an agent of Niyo global card . I have been using this card for years and was great , like you have shared in this video.
But on my current trip they are giving me a hell of a time. I do not get any sms or email of my usages .
I have been asking them : they are making me go in circles.
Anybody taking this card, be careful. Do not get lured by the lounge accces.

Right now, RBI has not banned this card for international transactions. but you can take out a Niyo credit card, which offers the same benefits as a Niyo debit card.
You do not need to change the currency in the app; it will automatically change the currency when you use the card.

Now, Niyo SBM debit cards are banned by the RBI. You can go with a Niyo DCB bank debit card for regular transactions and one forex card like an HDFC multi-currency forex card, an ICICI forex card, etc.

This card works like another bank debit card. First, you need to open an account in Niyo Bank, and then you get a Niyo Debit Card. When you spend the money from your Niyo debit card, it will be debited from your Niyo bank account.

There is no issue in using the debit card within India and also the lounge access. However, the international transaction are paused on debit card.

1 year me 4 baar use kr sakte hai. 1 quarter me 1 baar. yeh details apko niyo ke website pe mil jayega. agar apko yeh check krna hai ke apne kitna use kr liya hai toh uske liye customer care se baat krna hoga.

Actually, the Niyo Debit card works out of India as a Forex card both are the same. Right now RBI banned Niyo Debit Card. currently, this card is not working out of India.

Niyo cards automatically convert the currency, so you don't need to select the currency.

As a student, I suggest you take at least two cards for regular use. The Scapia credit card is good because it comes with a zero forex markup fee. In case Scapia is not working, you can use the HDFC multi-currency forex card.

Now Niyo SMB debit cards are not used internationally because the RBI banned them. I suggest taking out a Niyo DCB debit card, which also offers zero forex markup fees.
Please don’t use Niyo DCB debit card, it is the most useless card I ever had.. last week I was in Singapore for 6 days and bought this shitty card.. this card didn’t work even after activating all the card settings like tap n pay, international transactions, xyz.. when I used it for the first time in Singapore the team blocked my card & they didn’t even inform me that they are blocking my card.. given the reason. tap n pay doesn’t work with this card.. and it requires passwd.. to do any transaction… no use of calling customer support.. I raised the issue on very first day of my trip.. I am back to India but still the issue is unresolved and the team is not even bothered to take the follow-up.. Disgusting card and service..

Miserable service from niyo.. I have both debit and credit card and both r not working her in Dubai..and if I ask them on chat they say only sorry for inconvenience that's it..... So guys don't get misguided pls don't go on paid youtuber to advertise niyo... But believe me these r most un reliable service I have ever experienced
