I trust you plan to skirt your home before you leave on your UK trip. When winter sets in it’s too late. Even if you use hay bales…. Also a 100lb propane tank is a must for winter and your existing tanks become your backup.
“Tupperware is toys!” How are you so smart to figure that out with your first child? I am jealous. I was an anxious mess with my first and wasn’t as cool as you until at least my 3rd. 😂 Love y’all. Your endorsements are seriously the best. I actually watch yours instead of fast forwarding (as I do others). Y’all are doing awesome. Love watching you. Thanks for sharing your lives with us. ❤
Beth you're just the best 🥰🙏 we have always said we wanted to have our second kid first and to try not to sweat the small stuff. It's not always easy but we figure as long as she's safe and happy, she's good! I'll bet your kids are all thrilled to have you as a mom ❤️❤️❤️
Nice trailer. I fully enclosed my 2-season trailer, most of my heat is under the trailer, grey water treatment,600gal water tank and 2700lbs of batteries on plywood on the ground, -1c now 18c below and 20c inside only using the 170w heater. Those temps are very likely to fall 6C when the temps are sustained freezing down to -30C then I add the 1500w heater in short 20 min bursts 2 to 3 times a day. Since you are going with an off-grid power system a second Gen 11kw+ L50 plug on LPG with a big tank 1000g and the current Gen as back up. I run 100%120v AC, with LPG for the gen only. If you get 3 months of snow there, might consider vertical solar, overrated performance and no snow to clear from the panels, the rest of the year the rain cleans them. Vertical performance in summer is cut in half but so many long sunny days I haven't used the gen since March. My 185k to retire vid has all the pics if you want to live easy off grid.
We have 2 tanks and they last us 2 to 3 month, gas heat, water tank and stove. We don't use the heat to often. We just recently bought a deisel heater.
LOVE IT!!! It's so perfect for your needs right now. Everly's room is so sweet! She'll be able to grow into it when she outgrows the pack-n-play. Very cozy. Very comfy. I can see inserting a little electric or gas fireplace maybe for cozy winters. I can't wait to see more of this set up over time and how you use it in winter.
Hi. I just recently started watching your channel. I’ve gone back and started watching older videos and have enjoyed them all. You both seem like so much fun and it looks like you truly enjoy each other no matter what you are doing. Your daughter is so lucky. I like the way that you show your lives with the good and the not so good. I can’t wait to see what the future will bring. Thanks for taking me along. 🚐💜
Wow Jodi this is such an awesome comment! Thank you so much for watching the videos and especially for going back to catch the older adventures too. We really appreciate it!!! We are so lucky to have a happy little family and it's amazing that the joy and fun come through the screen. Life is good (even when it's not lol) and we're just sharing it! ✨️ sending lots of love!!! Alex
Those propane tanks will last you a while!!! That was one of my favorite things about boondocking in a RV. We only went through propane quickly in the depth of winter when we had to keep the heater on full blast. Loving your new home! Congrats 💜
Happy Birthday Everly! Give that baby girl a smooch from Grand Dude! Not sure if it is the 22nd where you are at or not. I’ll hit her up again tomorrow! Love you guys!
Thanks for the tour. It was nice to see all the storage space you have. The outdoor kitchen is a wonderful addition to have. You have a really nice home. Have a wonderful trip and enjoy yourselves. 😊
A really nice camper for a model that is stationary! Great layout and functional. Could you get a larger propane tank on site to save trouble monitoring those small tanks? Your daughter is so fun to watch.
i highly suggest installing an in line hot water heater. best decision we ever made for our 5th wheel. you never run out of hot water. and don’t have to waste hardly any water waiting on the hot water to get through the line!
Nice!!! We're so glad you found us Jane! 🥰 the first video from the UK just went live if you're up for an adventure with us th-cam.com/video/CXNQdGmT9Ic/w-d-xo.htmlsi=nBZTd9yF7gnErbGU
Love it love it love it! It is pretty much a castle 😁🪄✨💕 And Everly is so stinking cute hahaha! She's always smiling and I have a feeling she's going to be a little comedian 😁💗🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶
Love your videos....especially got a kick out of Everly with dad, trying to grab the necklace....dad has so many ways of trying to divert her....entertaining! Looking forward to your big trip! Woohoo!
How lovely! You guys are old pros at this! LOL I've been fascinated with trailers and boats ever since I was a kid. I loved going to home shows, etc. where the models were on display. I love efficient use of space. It's nice that it's big enough for Everly to grow a bit before she starts bringing boys home! ❤ 🤣
We are glad we have some experience so we can fix all the things lol so awesome that you're a fan of all rigs not just one kind. We've got a boat video coming for you soon! Defintiely a good space for us to grow!! Thanks for the love Susan ❤️
Very NIIIIICE! Good to have space to yourselves and for Everly to grow. Love Everly’s space and Frank’s couch. Just a ton of awesome solutions! So very much more than your van-home. Ready for the winter & snow? Considering creating a shelter for the whole thing?
Haha Frank's couch 🥰 he definitely didn't have his own couch in the van! Yes we are going to put permits in to make a home for the hideaway when we get back from the UK. Here's hoping!!!
The one issue I would have when you're traveling is your home being abandoned and possible theft, vandalized, etc. My aunt and uncle had a summer cabin on lake island in Canada, and it was vandalized. Even wiring was ripped out. You probably have already considered it, but eventually get a 500 gallon+ cistern for long-term water needs
Damn that's too bad about your aunt and uncle! People can be so low sometimes 😕 luckily we have family nearby so there's always someone to check on it and make sure she's okay. I'm more worried about mice and critters moving in! And yes that water tank idea sounds smart!!!
Your home is great and suits you three so well. Just curious how the roof will hold up to the weight of Canada's snow, esp if you will be travelling and not home to regularly clear it off ? Will you put it under a shelterlogic or something similar?
WRONG @3:16 you CANNOT level a trailer with the stabilizer jacks! You WILL BEND the frame. You must level the rv with leveling blocks under the wheels first, THEN level with the tongue jack, THEN lower the stabilizer jacks.

This RV ticks all my boxes. It has the U-Bench table, an island, and a bunk room. Everything an active family who have sleepovers needs!
We have 2 tanks and they last us 2 to 3 month, gas heat, water tank and stove. We don't use the heat to often. We just recently bought a deisel heater.
Good to know. Thank you. Now we can kinda gauge it for winter.

One is to fill your onboard fresh water tank the other is to hook up to city water. Or a bkack tank flush.
Black tank flush for sure.

Hope so! We have a bunch of improvements we want to make but it will come in time.

If you guys get a composting toliet you won't have to deal with the black tank as often.
We are about to put one in when we get back.
Love your videos....especially got a kick out of Everly with dad, trying to grab the necklace....dad has so many ways of trying to divert her....entertaining! Looking forward to your big trip! Woohoo!

So nice, beautiful and private.
Totally agree!

This is a GREAT question! We are working on a solution for that now..... lots of options!
We have a rivalry this Sunday😂✌🏿✊🏿
Hahah Frankie's over here saying the Giants should have won and that the game was mismanaged 🙄 😅 so I guess that means you won! Lol
❤
Thank you so much!!!!
Hey saw you guys today at the river. 😊
Omg so cool!!! 😍 thanks for your help!!
It is a very beautiful scenic area, do you own it or are you renting?
We are renting from family ❤️ it's really lovely though right!
@22:52, does it creek?
Lol, actually, it doesn't 🤣
Lol I don't think it does. I'll have to listen next time
