Here is the names of the chords from first to last: Dmaj7 Am7 Gmaj7 Bbmaj7 Bbmin(maj7)/13 It’s in the key of D major but burrows the Am7 and the Bbmin from the key of D minor. It also is taking the Bbmajor from the Key of F major. Technically it’s a modal thing as D minor scale can also be considered F major as well so it can borrow from it since they are related. D majors Parallel key is Dminor and D minors relative key is F major.
you can also start with doing three fingers on the three bottom strings second fret then first finger on second string second finger on fourth string for the first two chords which is easier (sorry if that made no sense idk the chords just the strings and frets but not the actual names)

Ive been doing this strumming for a hot 10 minutes with muting until i realised this was finger picking lol
On the last chord playing the lowest note with the thumb and then adding your pinky to add the highest note is easier
