Long story short, I became jacked, joined the Army, and was a personal trainer, and a bouncer at a biker bar, for many years. I’m 41 now. I’m here because I’ve done everything I can do 😅 I work harder than anyone I know man; wake up earlier and go to sleep later. Everyday grinding learning what I did wrong and adapting and trying to figure out what I can do better and trying it and failing a number of days/weeks and find a better way. You can’t do everything alone, even if you can it’s hella inefficient. Having a community and support is important in terms of psychology and practicality

Coming from a guy with deep abondonment issues, it's been really hard stopping to control everybody's narrative of me. Ive hurt people I didnt want to hurt, I've been hurt myself, bu at the end of the day, you'll live with yourself for the rest of your life and you can either chose to accept your flaws and keep improving yourself, or guilt tripping and making yourself a victim in each situation. This came on my feed. You are 💯 percent correct. Grind when you are young so you can have the good life. I am 46 and my husband is 44. We met in our mid 20s. We fixed and flipped houses. Still doing it. We live in a house and do the flip. Or we put an RV next to it if it is too bad to live in. We always drove old vehicles up to 2 years ago. All our friends where in new houses, going on extravagant vacations, driving new cars….all the new furniture…etc. now we have two houses in two vacation destinations. We still work on real estate and we own two businesses. We have the good life. We always had the good life and make a game out of the grind. Don’t fall for the bs. It is really up to you. We started with nothing also. Our parents didn’t have money and we were on our own at 18.
All those old friends are in debt and stressed out.

Going to college is also a choice. Where you go is a choice. Loads of people never go on to upper education and do fine. Get a normal job, make money, don't move out at 18, invest that money into yourself. It's unbelievably hard to explain these things to my friends and at this point I don't try and help them. While I'm exercising, meditating, reading, learning about money... they sit playing fortnite, and it's so sad to me that they just go on doing things unknowingly.
