Very nice boat, but some questionable data in the advertising. Deplacement should be around 4t, not 4,5t, ballast should be 1600- 1800kg, not 1t, so SA/D should be ~40%, masttop should be around 12m above waterline including VHF-antenna, not 13,50m, Pheon is probably not the builder of the boat if it is from 1977, as they started building this type in the 1980ies, the earlier boats are made in Canada.
