Just wanted to drop a line. I’m a rock enthusiast. I have been collecting rocks my whole life & to learn more about them & new rocks I didn’t know existed is really exciting. Wow! Sodalite. So cool! I would also like to commend both of you for a clean language video. Many people use curse or slang curse words as an everyday part of the way they speak & communicate. To me it is totally unacceptable. I really, really like the way you respect & care about nature, the animals you encounter & the environment; very refreshing. The moth was so beautiful. Pizza sandwich! Great idea. Grill cheese? Thanks so much for sharing the fun & rocks. Take care.

You two are seriously adorable! I always smile and laugh at your silliness and antics! You two were made for each other and I wish you many years of happiness and adventures! Cris, you probably already know this, but it is rare to find a woman who is good behind the camera, in front of the camera, loves camping, rock hunting, animals and nature! All I have to say is you better put a ring on it! lol Just kidding! In all seriousness, I always enjoy your videos Cris, however, Bri brings out such a fun side of you and has such an amazing little giggle! Please keep doing what you are doing! The two people who gave this a thumbs down are idiots and don't know anything! lol Also, excellent nature shots and film editing!

Awesome video ya’ll! The fact that the moth took to you is definitely a sign that good things are coming your way!! That was so cool!! Also, the respect that you both show to Mother Nature and her creatures ( like saving the fire fly) warms my heart. People have forgotten all about what it means to have and show respect for others, including All of God’s creatures!! How cool is that to go night hunting for my favorite things.,,, Cool Rocks! Well, guys and gals, this video totally Rocked!! No pun intended… lol!!! Can’t wait to go on my first night hunt!! Be good ya’ll or be good at it!! Peace out!!

Reservations need to be made 6 months in advance to get a site! Too many super great places to camp & venture there! Copper Harbor is also fun... nevermind every place there or super! BTW we call the food you ate (pancakes, pizza) Mountain Pies here in PA!

So great! I never knew about glowing rocks. At first I thought it was maybe uranium deposits within but then, you found blue and red. And then, the theory of bioluminescent algae seeping into the pores of the rock and because those on the shores stayed wet, the algae lives. I want to know if they continue to glow after they dry out. I know I will be checking all my rocks with my black light now. I came for the rock video but, I am equally impressed with the frogs, bugs and moths you featured. The lightening was cool too. Also, your cooking features are helpful. I would love to look for rocks like you two do. But I am not young anymore but boy what terrific life & videos you have. If I could go back in my life I would look for rocks.

Come on, Janet, let’s Go! We don’t have to turn back time, all we need to do is get a UV flashlight & find a place with rocks!

Love your videos! Just went to Florida and did pretty good fossil hunting. If you two want to come up to Michigan I can give you a great rock hunting tour. Copper, silver, datolite, many, many, other amazing stuff. And gold! Room and board provided! I'll trade you for a fossil hunt down in Florida!

You have some of the most amazing rocks and crytals in Australia..you should hook up with someone who knows the ropes....it is so much fun. I was recently turned on to Sterling Hill mines and the stuff there is amazing..and world renowned for its high energies and amazing flourescing properties. I moved here 30 yrs ago and never even knew this existed...so take advantage of the wonders Australia has to offer . 🤗🥰

If anyone is interested in the beautiful moth that visited with Bri and Cris -- I think it's a Cecropia and the females can have up to a six inch wingspan -- Which is pretty darned impressive!
Great, great video! Reminded me of the nice parts of living up in Minnesota --- The summer storms, rolling thunder - absolutely incredible light shows -- Northern Lights --- The summer storms up there are more impressive than down here in Florida ---- But no matter how warm the day up north --- You get more than mid calf deep in Lake Superior and it's freezing cold!
