Enjoyed the video. I bought a '21 Explorer XLT 4WD brand new and didn't have any issues with it. I turned it in in early August with 71,000 on it. Was going to buy a '25 ST but they kept getting delayed, so I bought a '25 Acura MDX.
If you're going to listen for any rattles or creeks or any unusual noises while driving over brick and cobblestone uneven surfaces it's best if you close the window . Outside noise can definitely drown out any interior rattles. Not only interior trim noises but drivetrain noises can only be heard with the windows closed and the outside noise sealed off. Not like when you go to the dealer and they take it for a test drive with the AC cranked and the window down and say they don't hear nothing. All systems off, roll up the windows oh there's that whirling noise coming from my differential
Take a look at the second-row seats and how they slide and move. I'm sorry Ford but it is impossible to use for my wife. Also. If you are checking plastic details please pay attention to the color. On the NEW Explorer ST 2025 which I had seen before the plastic element around the seats and at the bottom of the inner interior has a different "tone" to me it appears as if they arrived from different plants and are made out of different plastic compounds. Simply my VW Tiguan which is 1/3 or 1/4 of Explorer's price tag has better plastic quality but is made in Mexico. Setup of cameras doing nothing if you are messing with understanding Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
One more thing. It is ridiculous and stupid to show how the line works and how the workers are not prepared. They are technically in civilian clothes... static, dirt, pockets, and elements on clothes.. Watch other manufacturers' video 8-)
@@Greg-bc5wm I will not ask about quality control and quality assurance but taking into consideration how many new models were introduced by Toyota and Ford ( I took Toyota because of similar volume) I can say Ford is far behind the market and current manufacturing trends. Technically Toyota continues increasing market share and introducing new models but another hand Ford is stagnating and decreasing its line. Ford Mexico plant has a cheaper cost and better quality. If you will compare pictures from Chicago and Hermosillo you will find how you are sucked in the us. It is also called manufacturing culture. The factory in Hermosillo was built with Mazda and is now fully owned by Ford. Taking into consideration current trends towards the “some brands”. Take a look at a video from its product line. You will be surprised. You can continue not to see the difference but take a look at what is going on with Boeing but it's another story. You have system issues.
I delivered auto parts to Ford Chicago plant several times. It looks like Morocco, old, dirty , unorganized. Piles of trash everywhere. Nothing like auto factories in Japan or South Korea.
He got 1s on…nuff said! So happy with my 2025 Ford Explorer ST! Thank you team blessings to all 🙏🏾
How much you will pay ?
Quality doesn’t stop at the plant but reliability sure does!!!!!!
I have a 17 and have had zero issues with it and it's from this plant
I give all of those employees credit because it is a very tough job working the line.
I love it!!!

AI-assisted production...amazing
07:52 I finally figured out what's causing the scratches on the underside of even freshly new vehicles.
? What are you referring to? Neither of those vehicles had anything happen to their undersides.
Ya llega a mexico
👍🏿💯🇹🇹
