I liked the flooring in this home. I'm not a fan of carpet. I liked the tub in the master bath but didn't think much of the shower. Not a bad price. Thanks for showing homes in the Carolina area.
I like it, but I think that I would take three of those oversizes windows & turn it into sliding or French doors. Other than that the house is perfect....
the price is too high for that small square footage, the deal breaker is the front door on top of the bedroom door. I did like the master bathroom, the permanent guest bedrooms and closets are good, the laundry room entrance in the dining room nope, the kitchen is way too big for this small house, the island is in the way and you don't need every window in South Carolina in the kitchen and dining room. Even at $ 100,000.00 its over priced.
I live here in Sumter and yes it’s nice but very overpriced. It’s been sitting on the lot for well over a year. A lot of the mobile homes out there are over priced . They barely sale homes because of it
