Maybe I just need more education on what really changes when new colors or new petal shapes etc. are available. Would love to know your thoughts! Loving your channel so much. God Bless you!!!
While typically the wild version of any herb is going to be the most beneficial, this does not mean that hybrids cannot have nearly as much as the wild version. I grow many colors of Calendula and see them all as equal but with yarrow, I only grow the white.
I've been making my own tooth powders for years. Your recipes for them are fantastic! I want to try oil pulling and making my own toothpaste, but I am severely allergic to coconut. Any suggestions??
You can use any oil be it sesame, olive oil, avocado, grapeseed, or whatever healthy oil you have. The reason I recommend coconut is because of its high antibacterial and antifungal properties.

How do you keep liquid honey from crystalizing and turning solid? I bought honey from Costco and now I have a block. My husband keeps soaking the large bottle in very warm water, but I fear constantly heating up the plastic bottle may cause chemicals to leach into the honey.
