We Tried Piesanos in The Villages, Florida Near Brownwood Paddock Square | Great Piesanos Rolls

- In today's video, we had a suggestion to eat at Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza! We have never been so we were excited to try it. We were with Alex's parents and we had to try some pizza. They had cauliflower crust so we chose to get that and it was good! Definitely is a good cauliflower crust. They also bring homemade rolls with their homemade Italian dressing which was very good! Stinkin' good! We also got to try some pasta and soup and salad. We really didn't have any complaints. The cheesecake was good but it was a little pricey for the size you get. If you are near Brownwood at The Villages, FL or just near The Villages and want some good Piesanos rolls, come check out Piesanos!

Thanks critique the restaurant I always look for a good Italian restaurants my wife was Italian she taught me to love Italian food. I see they have Calamari for a appetizer i love Calamari.

Good old American food is my favorite but Italian Food is close second, Toni was a gourmet cook she could cook almost any nationality foods. Of course Italian food was her cup of tea. Friend were always hinting for her to have a dinner party because they loved her cooking. With friends over she would make a special before dinner drink. Some of her friends wanted her to open a restaurant, she said she loves cooking and didn’t want it do it commercially. She used to have open house Christmas Eve for friends could drop over have her special Christmas drink and food. People would come and go all night. On there way to the families Christmas Eve night.
Wow we would have loved to try her cooking as it sounds like everyone sure enjoyed it. Thanks so much for sharing the story! She seemed like a wonderful lady who put smiles on everyone’s face! God Bless!

We would alternate Thanksgiving each year with my wife’s family but most of them wanted to have it at are house because of Toni’s cooking. It took her 3 days to prepare everything that was to be served for the meal.

The last time we were there it wasn't very good. Pizza crust was very soggy. Guess we need to try it again. We really like Roberto's tho.

You all, are hitting some of my favorites! 😭 I'm still up north. I think my mouth watered when I saw those garlic rolls. I love them! I think I got The Captain pizza last time, thought it was stinking good. 😉 Our place is off Buena Vista across from Brownwood, so Piesanos isn't far away. We also like Marco's at Trailwinds Plaza.

We did the buffalo one with the Cauliflower crust. It was great!
We had their pizza to go and it was good! We still prefer Roberto’s😍😍However we recently tried Sammy’s on 301 and I loved their Eggplant Parmesan Roll, like a huge calzone with marinara. Good for the next day! Jim liked their chicken parmigiana with pasta!

How did the cauliflower crust compare to the one you got at Aldi? I am sure the toppings were better but I am interested in the crust.
We actually really liked the crust a lot! Alex thought it was really good and crunchy. Aldi always has a pretty good pizza but Tember also said it would go to Piesanos probably. We both think the Tap Room we went to in Brooksville had some of the best cauliflower crust. Hope that helps!
Nice review. Piesano's has the best pizza anywhere in Central Florida. If you get the regular pizza, get the thin crust one - loaded with toppings and sooo good. When you come across pizza like this, it makes some of the other places you reviewed pale in comparison, yet if you looked at your summary review of those, you would never know it. My opinion only, but it would be much better and add to the value of your reviews to say something isn't good or mediocre (or even not worth the drive) than to say everything is good and you would go back (as was done in your review of the Front Porch, which to the viewer (and judging by Tem's face) was just plain awful. If a restaurant's food (or service) is bad, please don't be hindered in saying it, otherwise, the value of the review isn't there.
Appreciate the info! However, if you have followed us a long for some time, several of our videos do have reviews that aren’t that great. Also, in other videos, we mention our method of what we review. There is a lot of studying that comes in to play when finding places to eat. We have about 60 places on a list that people have suggested. We very rarely pull up to a restaurant without looking at what it has to offer and the reviews of it. We do this so that we know it is a good place to eat. We have made this channel a place where people can go and find good places to go, not bad ones. We have never wanted this channel to be a place for people to go and find not good food. There are many factors that go in to figuring out if a restaurant is good or not. The Front Porch was a different experience, due to the fact of the timing, which we stated in our video. As crowded as it was, it definitely is a popular place and you don’t become popular by being awful. We had generic breakfast. It’s hard to say if a place is good or bad based off some eggs and bacon but it wasn’t the best or the worst, which was also stated. However, in the video we said we wanted to come back and try it again to give it a fair shot. The lunch looked amazing. And, had we gotten there an hour earlier or and hour later, our experience probably would have been much different, which was also stated so that whoever watches it, knows to come at a different time. We strive to make this channel a very positive channel, and it seems to make people happy when we keep it that way. We also aren’t picky so we will more than likely like more things than other people and that’s okay, too. It is a channel for tips on what to get and where to go. We don’t claim that we are top chefs reviewing restaurants and also, our channel is not solely restaurants. It is a lot of them right now, due to being on the road a lot until we move. Our channel is about what FL has to offer. Piesanos was very good pizza. But in our opinion, we have also had just as good pizza at other places and that’s what’s so good about having opinions and trying a lot of places. Again, thanks for the info!
