    If you have any questions about the 4 Port SATA III PCIe x1 Adapter/Expansion Card in the video feel free to ask and drop a comment down below. I will try my best to answer them based on my experience while I'm using it. For technical support and troubleshooting might be best to contact seller where you bought it from though.

    I plugged it into my pcie slot and some hard drives but my pc is not detecting jt. Do you know what could be the problem?

      @sleanzles  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Make sure the card is inserted to the pcie slot correctly and also make sure data cables are plugged all the way in on both ends. And check drives in the BIOS first if they're all detected there. And if that's new drives then be sure to format them in windows disk management tool.
      If the card isn't detecting any drives then maybe the card itself is defective 😢.

      That's a 2.5G Ethernet card on top and a wireless on/off switch card on the bottom.

    If the indicator lights up (Red) that mean it's telling you the Drive is readable ?

    • @sleanzles
      @sleanzles  ปีที่แล้ว

      red = port in use, no light = port not in use, and blinking red = drive activity.

      Yes I think that's possible solution too. I haven't tried it personally though. But I don't see any reason why it wouldn't.

      @@sleanzles didnt work on mine, seems like this card hates the Z690 chipset, and febsmart web sight is gone, no support,no drivers,no firmware updates

      @@mfmayes Sorry didn't work for your system. You might have the newer ASM1166 SATA based cards which have issue with Z690. Try SATA cards with ASM106x which seems to work better for it. Or try flashing the firmware from www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/expansion-cards/ECS06/#fgo-down which says fixes compatibility issue and support Intel 600 series chipset motherboard but you need to use other computer to do so. **DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK**, it may work or might not. Goodluck!
