    In Chinese Medicine the tongue is observed for 3 separate pictures of health. The shape of the tongue, the color of the tongue, and the coating. The coating of the tongue reflects digestive health. Sugar consumption will always make a tongue coating grow bigger. The term we use in Chinese Medicine for tongue coating is dampness or phlegm accumulation in the body. Again most often this us from too much sugar.

      Chris Moore Thank you for your encouraging comment. My Aspergers while it allows me to discover interesting points/observations can be nonetheless a challenge as i see the obtuse that is less apparent to others. Great video. I’ve had a yellow coated, sometimes turns black tongue forever. Asked dentist so many times. Also I get frequent mild colds/sore throats. What I’ve done after seeing Kevin Stock DDS video and Dr. David Perlmutter. Nitric Oxide videos is: Switched to Boka non-fluoridated toothpaste. ( they use N- HA, instead of toxic fluoride). Charcoal toothbrush, not nylon. NO mouthwash ever!!! Miracle, no coated tongue. Now I’ll be adding fermented rinse and try the Miswak stick. May do Ghee pulling occasionally. Nitric Oxide production in the mouth is KEY. Thank you for the video!!! Wish I’d seen it when you originally posted.

    I’ve have had a white tongue for many years. Maybe 20 or so years probably around the time I started getting metabolic disease and my last time taking antibiotics. Just guessing. And I have only recently started to understand what it is and means. I took an organic acid test (OAT) that revealed oral thrust, candidiasis or Candida overgrowth and mold exposure. Researching this yeast, it is in breast-feeding infants, HIV and Immunocompromised patients.
    I have seen some good reductions so far with supplements. Currently cycling caprylic acid, oregano oil, Biocidin, probiotics and colloidal silver drops. I also like using activated charcoal powder on my tongue.
    For infants I found many recommendations for Gentian Violet. This is my last resort as it leaves a stain for a long time.
    I’ve been fasting, keto and now carnivore for the last year and a half, and have realized many wonderful results. Nevertheless, it’s not enough to rid me of this yeast overgrowth.
    I am only one week into combating this condition and will continue even if it’s appears gone because many people report the yeast comes back.
    A very appropriate video subject for me.
    Thank you Dr. Sean,

    • @SG-ji5ij
      @SG-ji5ij 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tarter is actually oxalate buildup (oxalates excrete from the glands into the mouth and latch onto the calcium on the teeth). Once you reduce or eliminate plants from the diet the oxalates/tarter will disappear, although there may be further buildup on the teeth as the body cleans out the stored oxalate for a while., but it will go away for good once that has been accomplished. "Oil Pulling" with coconut oil will help dissolve the buildup after you start doing a low oxalate diet.

    If you eating not much or fasting, this tongue will get clean easily. Once you overeat, yes overflow happens. Also this happens at pen*s.
    Basically, yes it is a good sign to self-control your culture of eating and current state of the body. Obviously nothing good is from such a coating, it might contribute to tooth destruction apart from bad breath, especially in the morning.

    23:00 - I'll try and keep this quick. You should go for the EXTRAFATTY cheese! I've done dairy science for over 20 years now (been working with countless PhD studies), all while studying the same things that you are all about - and it all boils down to: Our bodies need all the fats we can get from animal sources (NOT VEGGIES - with a very few exceptions). Creme, butter and fatty cheese is a brilliant source, but keep it organic grassfet and don't homoginize (proceadure to trick your tastebuids to think that what your are tasting is more fatty(rich in nutrition) than it actually is). Oh and keep the lactose at an absolute minimum, and don't be fooled by galactose and glucose - they are quite a bit evil.

    I dont know if you still answer to comments but Hey! Ever since I was a chid I have always had trouble practicing good dental hygiene. I would never brush my teeth and would have absolutely terrible breath. I never realized this untik 1 year ago where many people were honest enough including my mom who was sick of this. I never listened and didnt try to improve. 1 week and a half ago from the day im writing this comment january 23th 2022, I started noticing that my tongue had been turning green and I panicked, I almost had a literal panic attack. I rushed to the bathroom and started brushing my ttrth, I was in the bathroom for 2 hours and would later go back into the bathroom and scrape, bush, anything I could find....after these moments, I could say hours of this panic brushing, my tongue went back to almost normal color. So I didnt eat that night and started brushing my teeth in the mornings, then when I woke up around 2-3pm I would brush again(my sleep schedule is weird). And my tongue became a healthy tongue for about 4 days. But my tongue got tired of so much brushing i did to the point where my tongue was dry, and it would hurt when I woke up or any random time of day. And whenever I tried to brush I would bleed from my tongue. I had tk stop brushing my teeth once again except I would only do it at nights. And now my tongue is in critical condition again. This time my tongue is a dark green but I have realized that my tongue stays relatively normal until I eat something. If I would have to say mysekf I would have to stop eating at night and brush my teeth every singke time I ate something. But for now I have not tried anything as to the reason That I realized this today while I looked at a car mirror while driving and noticed my tongue. I woukd like some recommendations on what I could do to get rid of this and become healthy again. This very urgent since I have very important dates coming up. I wish you a good day and hope for an answer by someone. Additional details, I have never in my life even as a child have I gone to the dentist, i have NEVER IN MY LIFE have gone to the dentist.I am also overweight with very yellow teeth. By the time I used to brush. it look like the brushing would make bacteria or some sort of mucus come out of my tongue and after that mucus, and should I dare say it was a tremendous amount of mucus coming out, it was neverending would make my tongue be clean again. If I were to guess it would be from bacteria overgrowth from never brushing my teeth or not never but atleast I.could say never having good dental higiene.
