    Not sure what being black has to do with not finding resources at a school like UGA. All kids there have access to the same premed resources.

      don’t comment on things you have no experience with. it shows your ignorance.

      as a current black student at UGA i can confirm we don’t .

    • @krishnancom
      @krishnancom ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@PiperJasmine is it the same for everyone or somehow black students are prevented from accessing those resources? Besides pre-med is mostly a personal journey. All the requirements are just a google search or TH-cam search away.
      State schools are big and many students can get lost in finding what they need. It’s not really a color based thing in my opinion.
      Congrats on you acceptance!

      are you a black student? no. so pls don’t tell me what you think you know because i promise you , you don’t.

      @@PiperJasmine I am not, but I am brown. I guess without knowing the details we are not sure what you are referring to in terms of challenges. Why not actually explain it so officials can make corrections? URM is a real thing, of course and we need to focus on getting more black students into medicine. State unis not doing a good job with pre-med awareness is not unique to UGA or the color of someone's skin. Some of them have good departments and some are very crappy. It's really up to the students to discover the journey and knowledge which is widely available on the internet.

    I just came from your ap score reaction, u have changed so MUCH! I'm a rising junior and planning on taking ap chem and ap physics, i seen you scores in ur previous vid, I think i will fail as well. i want to go into premed, and do u have to retake chem in college regardless of the score?

    • @PiperJasmine
      @PiperJasmine  ปีที่แล้ว

      hahah i’m not sure i think it depends on the medical school . some schools accept AP credits but i believe most don’t

    Congrats on your acceptances! Since you only applied to 11 schools, do you feel like it’s not necessary to apply to 20+ schools? So many people recommend applying to a lot

      Heyy I wrote one after I received my fall semester grade w/ my updated grades as well. Then I wrote another april/may before the deciding date bc I wasn’t sold on MCG or Mercer so!
