That is very untrue. When I fall in love, which happens all of a sudden, and just crashes in me. I am the most affectionate caring person anyone will ever know to my partner, and I'm soft only to them. I will care for them, and express my love in every single way out there. I spoil them and make sure that they can't imagine how it was living before I loved them because I will make their life a hundred times better, because I will want to push them to become a better person. As a Entj myself, my emotions listen to my values and desires spring from that. On that note, saying "I don't need a guy" is ridiculous, because if you have a family or a romantic relationship as your desire, it means you place value into the idea on some level. Entj's place great importance on their goals so decide if you want to incorporate this desire as one and stop whining if you don't I decided that I value religion and I want a woman that I could see as my equal in representing our values. The fact that ENTJ is a rare sign to encounter is proven in the gross misrepresentation of the stereotype. ENTJs are very good when dealing with other people's emotions (not their own though), because they identify emotions as a powerful tool to handle people, but also simultaneously recognise it as an irrationality. So you have someone who appears very sensible during your emotional outburst/expression of your feelings and literally walks you through it, but then laughs about it later. This lady is definitely NOT an ENTJ- I would kill myself before being emotionally vulnerable in public like that. And God forbid I lose a good ally just because they have feelings for me(it's a minor issue, happens all the time)- the situation required a strategic de-escalation, not a child throwing tantrums.
Wow, no no no! ENTJs wouldn’t be making a fool of themselves in public over emotional lovey-dovey bullcrap *vomit*. This reaction in particular is more of an unhealthy ESxP thing. ENTJs are way too pragmatic and care too much about how they appear to the public eye. Most of them place alot of importance in maintaining their poise even when under a ton of stress...if they ever get heated and lose it, it’s most likely to be work related. ENTJ’s biggest fear: To be seen as stupid, and to be seen as a bad person, so this character is the furthest from ENTJ, especially in the scene where she shoves him around. What an ENTJ would do instead, is get icy cold and dead quiet (which is scary for the guy no doubt, because that is uncharacteristic of her), walk away in a rush, wait till they are alone at home before they can process what was said to them. That’s when the meltdown is allowed to begin. And when it ends, they go back to being calm, and if they decide that person is indeed a good fit for them, they will reach out to him.
I'm sorry to tell you that an ENTJ-T demolishes the beginning of your argument. More than anything, because I am. And it's not that I'm aggressive, but I'm usually not good at debating because -Ts are a bit turbulent. Although we like to have relationships, we do not like to touch and mix feelings too much. In return, they may stop paying due attention to their partner's feelings and we become more "robots" talking. Because we are very logical. But if you are an ENTJ-T, in the end we can be sentimental sometimes. And if you have seen the movie, you will realize that the female character has a clear idea of what she wants at the exact moment that she is living in her life, and this male character breaks her "schemes" and that needs time to be thought about. , and we are impatient, therefore, it is logical that if she is an ENTJ-T and not an ENTJ-A, then she is somewhat "aggressive", although this is more about the script of the film. We pride ourselves in our ability to drive a logical conversation towards resolving an emotional issue, not attacking our partner with fists, in public. I believe manners and preserving dignity at all times are really important to ENTJs.
Yeah, when it come to intimate relationships or someone I am interested in, I wouldn't do that in public. I would ask to go somewhere private to discuss. I also wouldn't be too clueless to say ill figure it out later. I will think about it over with that person and come to an agreement/solution/etc.

We ENTJs get bored easily and if she is an ENTJ-T who is more "rebellious" thinking, perhaps she has had internal fights with herself. Hence she leaves and returns. As long as it is not doing emotional blackmail, that no longer seems right to me. Normally our personality is impatient, but we need the patience of others (?). Myself since my ex-wife left me, I've focused on an older crush, on a friend I knew before my ex-wife whom I've never met (though recently we've talked on the phone, not romantically but as friends.) I've never told her about my crush on her, though she's far more intelligent than me and probably can tell, IDK. When I first had a crush on her in 2007, She was out of my league then and I never bothered to say anything. We used to help each other in arguments online, it was cool then. Then she found someone the same month in 2008 that I met my ex-wife. My ex-wife and I married in 2010, but after 3 years of marriage my INFP ex-wife bit a child on his butt and she was fired and sued. Jacklyn quit working then, from her other childcare job as advised by her lawyer, but instead of working and paying for what she did, Jackie just decided to eat at restaurants each day while I worked every single day in a row for months at a time to pay for her anger management, her legal fees, and her My Little Pony fixation and all her conventions. Funny thing is I kept seeing the numbers 111, 722, 198, which I had previously associated with my friend Sheila, though I forgot the link (11/1 is her birthday in, 722 is the number of days between our birthdays, and 1.98 is the number of years apart.) So I guess I had started developing my crush on Sheila again at that point, sadly. As soon as Jackie's probation ended in March 2015, she went "babysitting" for her brother and returned the next day to ransack our home, and never heard from her again. But Sheila gave me hope, and would write with me even before she developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and most people don't speak with her anymore. :( She's still unavailable for now, but I think she probably won't be eventually, with or without CFS but it likely will expedite it. Hopefully she'll recover from CFS, but I would love her either way. I'm not going to tell her while it would still be wrong to, but when it's right to say it outright I will. I wish I hadn't been a coward in 2007 and spoke up then, but I suppose 12 years of friendship is a better grounds for a relationship than just "I like everything about you and I'm a nobody, yay!" :P :( It was rather cool the other week she told me she dreamed about solving mysteries with me, and I told her about a dream I had about us in orbit of Mars I had back in 2007 though prior to hearing her voice my mind had used Claudia Black's voice for hers -- and she said thought that was cool as she likes rogue types such as Vala in Stargate SG1, and generally plays a rogue in DND too. It was so neat to finally talk with her. If I ever marry anyone again, I hope she'll be my friend Sheila. I must sound so stupid.
@@PsiCorps85 Your story reminds me a lot of my INTJ bf talking about his ex-wife, who I believe is likely an INFP from everything I've heard. He worked his ass off and bought her a car so she could stay out all day, eating out, running the AC, buying clothes and stuffed animals from children's movies she was obsessed with. He got stuck paying her store cards and credit card debt too. I can't say it's entirely her fault though. I think some people need to be on their own to forced to learn how to be independent, make their own mistakes, and take care of themselves. There are times when you may think you're helping someone or protecting them, but are also unwittingly enabling them to continue being irresponsible, childish, lazy, and dependent on you. Anyway, just remember your self-worth as a person doesn't come from the validation you receive in a relationship. Sometimes it's healthy just to focus on yourself. Good luck with everything.

I'm INTJ and I think you might be wrong about that. The 'tough love' part is true, just not the part where she pushes him like that. We don't exactly have that kind of physical aggression. I feel like we would handle it a bit differently.
I don't see where this girl "creates a problem" when they are still "not a couple". I advise you to watch the movie, because it is misinterpreted. I am an ENTJ and the truth is, I feel identified with his way of thinking, but I return to the point, you need to see the movie to understand why the character "argues" and becomes "defensive" in a very "rational" and soon "explodes". In addition to adding that ENTJs are very individualistic and although we are in love, we protect ourselves because we do not want to be dependent and love makes us feel vulnerable.

I completely understand how she feels aside from the attack. The second he said that's what people do, I would have been done with the conversation because what they're doing isn't love to me. It's a public charade and nothing more. It shows that he's not willing to think outside the box (or anywhere around it for that matter) or consider her thoughts. I tend to act very similarly with intimate partners as well. The relationship doesn't have to be so cliche and artificial. Plus, I also tend to say "I'll figure it out" a lot in response to people questioning my methods. I will admit I have been very aggressive towards my intimate partners as well (not violent ofc). Being in such intimate situations gives way to feeling like a caged animal in a way when things don't go your way. That's why I've had to learn how to be understanding of everyone's position in life

This is easily explained: we get angry that we don't know how to express ourselves, and we get even angrier when we feel vulnerable. And when do we feel vulnerable? When we express ourselves. So, we start fighting because we are overloading ourselves. Hence, it is good for us to do contact sports or where we spend a lot of energy.
Okay as an ENTJ-T I can say the beginning sounded a bit like something that could possibly happen then it went off the rails, I personally would not embarrass myself in public like that let alone have an intimate conversation with someone like that and embarrass them I am NOT that heartless. I think this video is focused on how he is constantly chasing and giving gifts and affection whilst she is more upfront, honest, and not overly romantic. But her outburst is not typical for ENTJ and our feelings are masked in public.
Maybe some entj are like that but not all. My entj personallity shows more in job and sometimes in realtion ships but there are less and I am not so logical because I now what i want and I evaluate for a long period the person before start dating and then i am affective and try to think in the feelings of the other. I am affective and empatic but first the person needs to show me that they will not hurt me

The fact that ENTJ is a rare sign to encounter is proven in the gross misrepresentation of the stereotype. ENTJs are very good when dealing with other people's emotions (not their own though), because they identify emotions as a powerful tool to handle people, but also simultaneously recognise it as an irrationality. So you have someone who appears very sensible during your emotional outburst/expression of your feelings and literally walks you through it, but then laughs about it later. This lady is definitely NOT an ENTJ- I would kill myself before being emotionally vulnerable in public like that. And God forbid I lose a good ally just because they have feelings for me(it's a minor issue, happens all the time)- the situation required a strategic de-escalation, not a child throwing tantrums.

Wow, no no no! ENTJs wouldn’t be making a fool of themselves in public over emotional lovey-dovey bullcrap *vomit*. This reaction in particular is more of an unhealthy ESxP thing. ENTJs are way too pragmatic and care too much about how they appear to the public eye. Most of them place alot of importance in maintaining their poise even when under a ton of stress...if they ever get heated and lose it, it’s most likely to be work related.

I'm sorry to tell you that an ENTJ-T demolishes the beginning of your argument. More than anything, because I am. And it's not that I'm aggressive, but I'm usually not good at debating because -Ts are a bit turbulent. Although we like to have relationships, we do not like to touch and mix feelings too much. In return, they may stop paying due attention to their partner's feelings and we become more "robots" talking. Because we are very logical. But if you are an ENTJ-T, in the end we can be sentimental sometimes. And if you have seen the movie, you will realize that the female character has a clear idea of what she wants at the exact moment that she is living in her life, and this male character breaks her "schemes" and that needs time to be thought about. , and we are impatient, therefore, it is logical that if she is an ENTJ-T and not an ENTJ-A, then she is somewhat "aggressive", although this is more about the script of the film. Yeah, when it come to intimate relationships or someone I am interested in, I wouldn't do that in public. I would ask to go somewhere private to discuss. I also wouldn't be too clueless to say ill figure it out later. I will think about it over with that person and come to an agreement/solution/etc.

We ENTJs get bored easily and if she is an ENTJ-T who is more "rebellious" thinking, perhaps she has had internal fights with herself. Hence she leaves and returns. As long as it is not doing emotional blackmail, that no longer seems right to me. Normally our personality is impatient, but we need the patience of others (?). If you have a relationship that offers challenges, new experiences and the opportunity to learn, it is for the best, because dynamic relationships make us "calm." To put it in some way haha

Myself since my ex-wife left me, I've focused on an older crush, on a friend I knew before my ex-wife whom I've never met (though recently we've talked on the phone, not romantically but as friends.) I've never told her about my crush on her, though she's far more intelligent than me and probably can tell, IDK.
When I first had a crush on her in 2007, She was out of my league then and I never bothered to say anything. We used to help each other in arguments online, it was cool then. Then she found someone the same month in 2008 that I met my ex-wife.
My ex-wife and I married in 2010, but after 3 years of marriage my INFP ex-wife bit a child on his butt and she was fired and sued. Jacklyn quit working then, from her other childcare job as advised by her lawyer, but instead of working and paying for what she did, Jackie just decided to eat at restaurants each day while I worked every single day in a row for months at a time to pay for her anger management, her legal fees, and her My Little Pony fixation and all her conventions.
Funny thing is I kept seeing the numbers 111, 722, 198, which I had previously associated with my friend Sheila, though I forgot the link (11/1 is her birthday in, 722 is the number of days between our birthdays, and 1.98 is the number of years apart.) So I guess I had started developing my crush on Sheila again at that point, sadly.
As soon as Jackie's probation ended in March 2015, she went "babysitting" for her brother and returned the next day to ransack our home, and never heard from her again. Jackie was lazy and probably would hurt children, so honestly now I think I'm glad that Jackie went away. I can't trust her, she'd even lie about little things, and her father had even written me saying she's a pathological liar, so yeah....
Anyway, I was suicidal after Jackie left, and Sheila wrote me at length encouraging me not to give up. I was going to kill myself then, right after I received the stupid divorce papers that I set on fire. But Sheila gave me hope, and would write with me even before she developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and most people don't speak with her anymore. :(
She's still unavailable for now, but I think she probably won't be eventually, with or without CFS but it likely will expedite it. Hopefully she'll recover from CFS, but I would love her either way. I'm not going to tell her while it would still be wrong to, but when it's right to say it outright I will. I wish I hadn't been a coward in 2007 and spoke up then, but I suppose 12 years of friendship is a better grounds for a relationship than just "I like everything about you and I'm a nobody, yay!" :P :(
It was rather cool the other week she told me she dreamed about solving mysteries with me, and I told her about a dream I had about us in orbit of Mars I had back in 2007 though prior to hearing her voice my mind had used Claudia Black's voice for hers -- and she said thought that was cool as she likes rogue types such as Vala in Stargate SG1, and generally plays a rogue in DND too. It was so neat to finally talk with her. If I ever marry anyone again, I hope she'll be my friend Sheila. I must sound so stupid.
@@PsiCorps85 Your story reminds me a lot of my INTJ bf talking about his ex-wife, who I believe is likely an INFP from everything I've heard. He worked his ass off and bought her a car so she could stay out all day, eating out, running the AC, buying clothes and stuffed animals from children's movies she was obsessed with. He got stuck paying her store cards and credit card debt too. I can't say it's entirely her fault though. I think some people need to be on their own to forced to learn how to be independent, make their own mistakes, and take care of themselves. There are times when you may think you're helping someone or protecting them, but are also unwittingly enabling them to continue being irresponsible, childish, lazy, and dependent on you.
Anyway, just remember your self-worth as a person doesn't come from the validation you receive in a relationship. Sometimes it's healthy just to focus on yourself. Good luck with everything.

I'm INTJ and I think you might be wrong about that. The 'tough love' part is true, just not the part where she pushes him like that. We don't exactly have that kind of physical aggression. I feel like we would handle it a bit differently.
I don't see where this girl "creates a problem" when they are still "not a couple". I advise you to watch the movie, because it is misinterpreted. I am an ENTJ and the truth is, I feel identified with his way of thinking, but I return to the point, you need to see the movie to understand why the character "argues" and becomes "defensive" in a very "rational" and soon "explodes".
In addition to adding that ENTJs are very individualistic and although we are in love, we protect ourselves because we do not want to be dependent and love makes us feel vulnerable.

I completely understand how she feels aside from the attack. The second he said that's what people do, I would have been done with the conversation because what they're doing isn't love to me. It's a public charade and nothing more. It shows that he's not willing to think outside the box (or anywhere around it for that matter) or consider her thoughts. I tend to act very similarly with intimate partners as well. The relationship doesn't have to be so cliche and artificial. Plus, I also tend to say "I'll figure it out" a lot in response to people questioning my methods. I will admit I have been very aggressive towards my intimate partners as well (not violent ofc). Being in such intimate situations gives way to feeling like a caged animal in a way when things don't go your way. That's why I've had to learn how to be understanding of everyone's position in life
All this cold calculating reactions that you said you would give is from enneagram 1 or 3, these guys are all about public image. Have you ever seen ENTJ with an enneagram 8 when they're angry?? They wouldn't care what other people think they would just burst their anger to the person they're mad at. 8s whole thing is being angry and having a problem with controling it, not being needy and if someone tries to make them something they don't wanna do then their reaction would be something like that. This is easily explained: we get angry that we don't know how to express ourselves, and we get even angrier when we feel vulnerable. And when do we feel vulnerable? When we express ourselves. So, we start fighting because we are overloading ourselves. Hence, it is good for us to do contact sports or where we spend a lot of energy.
