Great video, firebrand has a surprisingly powerful amount of resistance generation that I feel like often goes overlooked. Axe 3, T1B3, Shield 5, Staff 5, and a well placed sanctuary with stoic demeanor can generate quite a bit of resistance for your line, add in T3B4 and relic of resistance and I see myself and others pushing 40% on resistance generation. Should be interesting to see how the upcoming relic change effects that with it moving to the heal skill, might get a little crazy.
I find sanctuary works best when you are up against bigger squads, its cast time makes it a bit hard to get off against smaller groups. I really like Advanced as another option as its another consistent source of aegis (and therefore also quickness), makes keeping up swiftness extremely easy, and of course also helps lower your CD on Tome 3.
Out of curiosity what is your keybinding for Tome 2 and weapon swap?

I use z for weapon swap, and the uncommon left alt for my tome 2
