We love the easy set up and take down. I think the only disadvantage is always dealing with all weather conditions in order to cook.

Thank you for taking the time during packup to physically show the camper conversion in Long Branch. I have been on the fence for so long looking at doing something like it. Best of luck with your future endeavors. Ill see if i can find the video of a backwall on hinges in case you may not have seen it yet. It may help inspire your antique side by side project build. I hope we cross paths again as I would love to see that fruition.

This video was what i was referencing as a wall, but able to make way and still use trailer space.

Great trailer! Always nice to build what you need... My 4x6x5 v-nose toy hauler-camper-theater more compact than yours. I added 48x68 Diamond plate front deck plus roof rack and rear hitch rack, Extra room for 2KW Inv-Gen, LP bottles, Solar pnl, Awning and Toys! 3 cabinets hold cooking equip. and the 24"TV/entertainment ctr. Tri-fold sofa-bed rides in car when hauling the motorcycle; 5K BTU AC, elec heat and induction cooktop all run off solar and inverter. Thinking about a folding room pinned onto my ramp that will be outside galley and more inside space. It will tie down on the front deck. Pulling it with a 1.8L Scion XD averages about 24mpg

The chuck wagon kitchen is awesome! I agree 100° about being outside. If you are camping who wants to be stuck inside building up more heat. Angel, could the bed be raised so under bed storage bins could slide beneath? Put a piece of carpet/rug and they should slide easily. Thank you so much for sharing. Yall could always install a fan/vent in ceiling, crack open the side window and you would have a nice breeze. Some have covers so they can remain open even in the rain. The inside is for sleeping and taking care of business. Thanks one more time and again I LUV THE KITCHEN SETUP! Happy camping, be safe and God's blessings.

Thank you for your detailed comment. We considered under the bed plastic tubs. As of now we have the solar charger for the camper battery, a 6 foot folding table, 2 burner camp stove and a plastic tub with extra bedding. it seems to work well. The only issue with the "out back" chuck area is cooking in increment weather.

    • @PoleHouseBlackPots

No you didn't. Somehow, in our great wisdom, we failed to video the futon. It is full size with above 18" on one side to get into bed. We can set it up and have enough room for a small table. It also has enough space under it for a 6" folding table, a 200 amp portable solar panel, and a 2 burner propane cook stove.

Nice Job.... I am in the process of converting an 8x16 v-nose cargo trailer into an RV and Mobile Sign Shop. I am just starting the walls and cabinet construction. I just sold a 15-passenger shuttle bus that I lived in for 3 years and traveled out west during the winters. I had to sell the shuttle bus because I purchased a large format color printer to make contour cut decals/stickers, koozies, t-shirts, magnetics, banners, mousepads, etc. The large format color printer would have taken up a lot of storage space so I needed to get something bigger. I did a complete conversion series on the shuttle bus from the ground up and now am doing a new series on the cargo trailer conversion. They are on my YT channel.

True, there is quite a bit of weight in the back. However, we added the LP tank, a deep cycle battery, a wooden dresser and our coolers full of food and drinks in the front. It all seems to balance out ok. Thanks for the question and for watching the video.
