MEXICO Sargassum Seaweed PROBLEM! Report from Playa del Carmen on April 29, 2024

Seaweed report from Playa del Carmen! The Mexican Caribbean is battling the massive arrival of seaweed in the last 2 weeks of April 2024.
Most of the beach resorts and hotels have cleaning crew working every morning but it's hard to keep up with the constant arrival of the seaweed.
The walk was recorded at 3pm on April 2029 along the main beach of Playa del Carmen and popular resorts:
- Thompson Beach Resort
- The Carmen Hotel Oceanfront
- Hotel Colibri Beach
- El Taj Oceanfront
- Wyndham Alltra Resort
- Hilton All-Inclusive Resort
- Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen
- The Reef 28
- The Elements
- The Reef Coco Beach
