@LeopardX Pretty sure it got deleted. It is season 12 episode 12. I had already originally liked it and added it to watch later, but when I was scrolling through each playlist to try see the full episode (I think was called “tragedy at Bondi”) all I saw was the empty grey thumbnail with “private video” on there.
I just had a look on 10 play and it goes from episode 11 to episode 13, in the season 12 section. So my best guess is it’s been completely removed out of courtesy for the family or legal reasons.

As a local - trust me, the show is BS. For every one "character" on Bondi Rescue there are another, at least, 3 professional Lifeguards and 10 SLSC Volunteer Lifesavers on duty. The majority just get on with the job, not chase Instagram followers.

Right? This issue of ignorant swimmers risking their lives and others' annoys me to no end. I'm especially tired of asian tourists... That idiot you're talking about, who swam in the same spot despite seeing the entire tragedy unfold - when he got pulled up - my first thought was, "Ah, asian tourist. Why am I not surprised." I'm asian myself and I wish I could give them all a harsh scolding. Many of them just walk away after being rescued laughing, or having an attitude of, "no biggy, that was cool" I hate them. And God bless these Bondi lifeguards indeed. I'm always praying for them.

They could b there in seconds ,are incredibly professional, and have never charged me a penny . I believe the Jewish community sponsors the ambulances and equipment. The medics / EMT's / dispatchers are all volunteers within their community and use their own vehicles . It's kinda like the Uber system . They pickup a call if it's in their area . If it requires an ambulance they send one as well but other members within the area are there b4 the ambulance arrives saving time when seconds count

Late to respond but it’s called Hatzollah; an emergency service that is Jewish run in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs (there’s a large Jewish population here in Bondi). I believe they are trained paramedics but are funded privately - I’m not sure how they are notified (perhaps just monitoring a scanner for calls) but I believe they attend scenes and provide services until official services arrive or support when official services are there.
