Nestle bought out garden of life in December 2019... I have a huge problem with that. I didn’t know it so I already bought garden of life prenatal... they better not have tampered with the ingredients.... but you know they did.... it’s Nestle after all

Hi! Thank you for these wonderful videos. There is always something new to learn. I have a question. I am 26 y/o and 30 weeks pregnant. It’s a girl. I follow a plant based diet. I’m concern about my weight. I was 90 pounds before pregnant and now I’m 104 pounds. I would like to gain more weight because it worries me sometime that I can’t gain weight. Do you think that by drinking this protein powder would help to gain weight ? I’ve seen the bottle but never tried it. Any other suggestion on how to gain weight? thanks 😊
I can’t offer medical advice, however protein shakes on top of a normal healthy prenatal diet should be able to help. I’d recommend you talk with your dr (or hire a midwife!) for some nutrition counseling.

Hi need a advice I fetched a Nitro Tech Protein Powder which is made of Whey Peptides & isolate which per ounce you get 30 grams protein and 3 grams creatine I am pregnant you think it is fine to have creatine pls advice

It depends on your situation, but certainly protein won’t hurt!

Yes, but you never want to meal replace with it during breastfeeding, you want to do it in addition to your foods. You need the extra calories!

I was reading that the maximum amount of Biotin for pregnant women is 30mcg/day. And the added Biotin in this Garden of Life has 42mcg. The article also said that going beyond the 30mcg/day can cause miscarriages.
