Hi! I'm 168/169 I believe (5'6"), and I got a medium! I totally know how you feel with height making you have to get a bigger size. That's how it is with some of my other cosplays. Luckily the stockings were a bit stretchy but still kinda short and tight around my feet. If you're gonna make the socks or buy separate ones then I'd just get the size that fits your body. But it's a difficult decision for sure 😭 I'm not sure if the listing had a height chart when I initially bought it, so that's useful!
