I have not explicitly, but if one has the base mesh for a stadium, I can radial scatter working well for this idea yes! :) You should give it a try and reach out in Discord, we can certainly figure it out together! :)
Right now it is not super easy actually, sorry about that! You need to: 1. Change Concentric Distance Min and Max to zero. 2. Then by using the Ring Height and the Concentric Rings settings, you will have several rows! :)
