these sensors work for a while, but they will fail quickly. ive installed them multiple times on two different cars. the best one lasted for maybe 2 years. one of them lasted for like like 4 months.
For what it's worth, the writing on your sensor and the burned color appearance fading from purple to yellow is actually what most genuine Bosch wideband sensors should look like. Some of them are silver like your other sensor, usually sourced from an OEM or aftermarket source as opposed to directly from Bosch. While the code entry makes me more suspicious of your sensor, the box, hologram, writing on the sensor, color of the sensor body, and everything else makes me think that probably was a legit Bosch sensor. Could definitely be wrong though. If I am, it's a very good copy. I have purchased several AEM widebands for example and they all came with a sensor that looks just like the one you got.
@@TaranRamjit Fair enough! It was a very good copy then for sure. The one other thing throwing me off was the lack of writing on the connector end. They must have just perfected copying the sensor look, but using the same numbers and text over and over. Thanks for the video!

Believe me, you're definitely wrong, the sensor lasted 1 week, bought a genuine sensor from a reputable dealer and it is working to this day.
