hopefully we all strive to be better to our partners. here's one way to find a possible area of opportunity as a boyfriend/girlfriend/wife/husband, and quite frankly, it's still something i work on

i also love how you mentioned the positive comments as well , this is so so important ! i feel everyone just taka about how not to take in negativities , why they stuck in our heads more than else but in truth is as much if not more important to know and love your true self regardless of what others think , not just feed on compliments or others appreciation as that is not truly nourishing nor sustainable if doesn’t come from within
