A 3600 would work better for this size cam. The owner daily drives this car without issues. And obviously with a mod like this, you aren’t really doing it for gas mileage so as a daily it can get pricey.
@@jv.5.080 ok sweet, right now it has Texas speed 1 7/8 long tube headers with high flow cats, borla atak axel back, k&N cold air intake, NGK TR6 plugs, MSD wires, ported throttle body, 160 degree thermostat and dyno tune Now it’s getting BTR stage 2 whole cam kit, trunnion upgrade, ported heads with a valve job, 3200 billet triple disk circle D stall and a re tune, I’m figuring 470-490 RWHP
@@CammedCamaro yeah man, the cam kit and some e85 with a flex fuel sensor should wake it up. Depends on what you’re going for. If not, it should still be a solid set up.
Whatever your tuner recommends. A lot of my friends have had success with just the cam kit and a better converter (if auto). Power is usually 4-550hp. But depending what your cam kit comes with, Resurfaced heads, new gaskets, better head studs, fuel system and injectors are usually recommended to get the most output you can. Just my thoughts.
@@nicholasgiron8899 BTR stage 2 is a good start or a texas speed stage 2 like my truck has on this page. The car in the video has the stage 4 btr cam and stock converter at the time so you can see it bouncing while reversing, drivability is a little rough at red lights.
