Load the game then see if it shows up. If it does it's a mod issue. If it still doesn't show then try the latest patch. But only install the patch without your mods. If that works then put your mods folder back.

+john villanueva What Dutch did was not foundation to foundation. He used a split wall . He split the floor above then connected it with the stairs. Watch his video at the 3 minute mark.
