Who else dragged out their Sims discs recently & loaded them on computer for another go??? 😜 Thank you for some VERY creative ideas. I love your results and this has totally taken my mind off those stupid mirror-ovals on the ground
Never seen so much creativity from a builder/furnisher on the sims before. Your ideas just make me think 'why hasn't anyone else thought of that? I cant wait to try it out!' Seriously, your furnishing is just amazing :)
I love this! All of these ideas are great, some i would never have thought off, cant wait to use some of these in my LPs! I've never seen your channel before but absolutely subbing :)
I love love love these ideas! I watched this way back when it was new and forgot to comment on it. I instantly used the IP sun shade thing over that bed that I had already placed in a house I was working on, and added the curtains. You have so many wonderful ideas :D
This is great! I've used moveobjects for stuff like books already, but never thought of "standing" paintings and making your own potted plants. Thanks :D
Thanks for the video! Your tutorials are really the most simplistic and easy to watch and understand. Keep it up! I'd like to see your take on a "floating palace" houseboat build using the base game, "Island Paradise"(obviously), using "Monte Vista" architecture. Thanks again.
Very creative use of the move objects cheat. I love the way you use it. I'll have to incorporate some of your ideas into my game the next time I build something. I use the move objects cheat all the time, but usually just to move objects closer to the wall, to place foliage or ocean stuff into a pool or fountain, or to move outdoor foliage closer together, etc. I've never really tried to combine objects before, but after seeing your video, I've got to try it, if for no other reason, then to see what out of the world crazy objects I can create.
this video gave me a lot of creative decoration ideas! i already knew moveobjects but not holding alt so it looks even better for example the shelfs underneath the tv! thank u so much ;) x
Try this cheat with the 'one more slot please' mod and your options skyrocket, ever wanted to stack items? Or place stuff really close together on a table in a specific place? This mod's got you. One of the few things I've done so far is put bubble bath on the bathtub in a place that makes more sense, and put a bunch of cans of bug spray next to each-other on a table near the exit to the house, it actually looks realistic and really nice and it isn't that much effort to pull off. Mod link: modthesims.info/d/428179/one-more-slot-please-with-vertical-shifting-update-2-nov-2011.html
some things i've already used like the whole shelf thing, but there are other great things i could learn... i love moveobjects on, it's such a creative cheat and i think we'll never know all the options we can get with the cheat, like all constructions^^ it's great to experiment :) and i love the settings you premade to show us quickly but nice how to use it :)
Your ideas are so innovative! Each one wows me, you're so creative. In the future I'll definitely try to improve some objects with others but honestly, I don't think building is my forte!
Omg i just found your channel (thanks to James, sim supply) and i love the way you put so much details to your houses... And i also get so much inspiration from you. At the moment i had finished watching this video i turned on my computer becouse i just wanted to start decorating my sims houses and try to step out of my comfort zone... :)
I don't get it, I'm trying to drag the painting up and down, but when I try, the painting just turns around or it goes off the wall.. Can anyone help me? moveobjects is staying on when I do this
some objects don't have the capability to be pulled up and down in the sims 3. Try to find a different painting. (also to drag a painting up and down you don't even need to have moveobjects on)
I looove MOO :) I use it all the time. But I love your video! You have a very different style in your homes, so it's great for inspiration! I do love the industrial look in RL but some how in the Sims, I can't seem to pull it off. :) You are like a interior design magazine for inspiration haha. And I loved the outdoor nook you had. Looks very realistic. Ok, enough praise now ;)
Thank you thank you for this! It is very very helpful and I have been looking forward to this :D I have recently tried my hand in building, and James' and your tutorial are really my savior! lol
I've used so many of your MOO tips & the ikea set up for this video is perfect! Do you have any modification to the hardware of your Mac to run the sims more smoothly?
Thank you so much for doing this video it was really helpful and I've already don't the coffee table trick :D and the plant thing where you overlap them:) and I've been watching you other videos and I did the mismatched stuff for my sim's house
with some paintings, curtains, and shelves if you drag up or down while that object is selected you'll be able to, and while holding down alt like how deli does in this video with the shelf you can be more specific with exactly how high you want one of those objects.
Suicidal Twisters By gaming I mean like how to easily make friends in the sims, how to make it so sime dont get tired so quickly, etc. idk >.< *LOVE YOU DELIGRACY!*
Okay so I have the same table and candle sticks... moveobjects cheat is on... but I can only position one candle under the middle of the table! Deligracy you did it so smooth. What am I missing?
You are soo good! And I really love your accent! I wonder, where did you get that shower, the one behind the windows? If it's from the sims webbsite, could you link it? Thanx for help!

Thankyou so much Joe
OMG I didn't know we could use ALT to '''free'' up/down movements of shelves or pictures! (Shame, I know) Thanks for the tips :)
My brilliant subs educated me on that so no need to be ashamed ;) #lifechanging
I have used this cheat a lot but never have I ever been as creative with the cheat as you are. Very cool ideals.
Thanks Gemini :)
I love this! All of these ideas are great, some i would never have thought off, cant wait to use some of these in my LPs! I've never seen your channel before but absolutely subbing :)
Thanks so much, and welcome :)

I love love love these ideas! I watched this way back when it was new and forgot to comment on it. I instantly used the IP sun shade thing over that bed that I had already placed in a house I was working on, and added the curtains. You have so many wonderful ideas :D
Thankyou :)
holding down alt and placing (position) pics on a wall also works without moveobjects on... just saying
This is great! I've used moveobjects for stuff like books already, but never thought of "standing" paintings and making your own potted plants. Thanks :D
No problemo!
I would have never thought of some of the things that were on this video.its so creative and im loving it. I have to incorporate this in my houses.
Please do :)
oh i will
Love the way you overlap plants. I've learned a lot of tricks watching your videos. Thanks
This was the first video I ever saw of yours and here we were 5 years later. Wow
Thanks for the video! Your tutorials are really the most simplistic and easy to watch and understand. Keep it up! I'd like to see your take on a "floating palace" houseboat build using the base game, "Island Paradise"(obviously), using "Monte Vista" architecture. Thanks again.

with some paintings, curtains, and shelves if you drag up or down while that object is selected you'll be able to, and while holding down alt like how deli does in this video with the shelf you can be more specific with exactly how high you want one of those objects.

You can use ctrl shift c on mac because that's what I use on my mac : D XX P.S your work is AMAZING!!!!!
